I have had a yeast infection multiple times before and the long process of getting a pill at the emergency room was not pleasant at all. I've had to wait 6+hours for them to diagnose me and prescribe a medicine that i already knew I would end up leaving with. This is a very painful and irritating thing and imagine having to wait that many hours once more in the emergency room gave me such anxiety. I was always skeptical about this stuff and it was great being able to get the pill with an hour of using goodrx. I did have to pay for the diagnosis and the pill coming out to 30$ but I'd rather that then going and sitting in the emergency room for the day. The pharmacy and this company doesn't accept insurance. So if I did go to the ER it would've been free. But if you need something fast then this is the route to go if you're willing to pay money.
I have been paying for the Gold GoodRx membership and when I went to the CVS in Booneville MS to get my Edex ED medication filled it was over $500.00 dollars for a 6-day supply. The same price it was without GoodRx Gold membership. So thanks for nothing.

In December I applied for a gold membership per the recommendation of my vet in order to find discounted meds for my dogs. Right away the app didn't work, so I went on my laptop and even though my payment has been processed, it kept trying to get me to pay for another membership because the original one couldn't be found. I called tech-support and they could not help me figure it out. After much frustration, I called within two weeks for a refund on the gold membership and was told I would receive it in 3 to 5 business days. I trusted that the transaction would be credited back to me.
It is now seven months later and I remembered that I never checked to see if I had been refunded. Turns out I never was so I called customer service and they had absolutely no record of me calling the first time about the refund. They said that because it was past the two week window for refunds they can't do anything about it. So I asked to speak to a supervisor in regards to paying $90 for a service that never worked. Of course there were no supervisors to be found so supposedly they put me on a supervisor list for a callback which never came.
This service is a scam and preys on people who actually need it. They have no regard for a customer base only to pocket $90 per person for a service that does not work. I've just looked up all of the negative reviews on this service (which I now wish I had done before I threw my money away), and I am so surprised they have not been shut down by the Better Business Bureau yet judging by all of the complaints.
Completely unethical & disgusting company. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Contacted Good RX for a UTI, paid up front, naturally, answered some questions then got a response from an AI chatbot stating that I would receive a prescription. No prescription has been received, nor has anyone even bothered to ask what pharmacy I want to use, and nobody has responded to my follow up, even though it has exceeded the 4 hours for weekday services. And my service history is showing that this service is complete. I've used other telehealth services that don't use AI chatbots and actually got the services that I paid for. I just wish that I would have seen these reviews before I paid for this.

I have an ear infection so I requested an antibiotic. I received a message telling me that they cannot help me. On the website, it clearly states that they will not charge you unless they're able to help you. I was charged immediately and not provide her with a refund. I am going to have to dispute it with my bank. I do not recommend using this company!

I've only relied on good rx a few times cause I've always had decent insurance. I'm retired, have a decent Medicare plan, but employed husband just lost his job, waiting on unemployment. My recent script was going to cost over $18 with my insurance. Due to his loss of income I checked goodrx for a better price. The well known drugstore chain I use had the script ready for pickup, goodrx showed a price at their store $6+ less. When I tried to use the discount, it couldn't be processed because apparently now you have to know ahead of time who the manufacturer is that your drugstore uses. How is the average person supposed to know what manufacturers their drugstores buy from? Those change pretty frequently. You have to ask now for every script to see if they participate with goodrx? So now you have to compare store prices AND find out who the manufacturer is, that's crazy stupid. I'll never bother with these guys again.

A doctor asks me a stupid question even though I did provide an answer in my initial questionnaire and because of that they were taking forever to get back to me when I needed help right away! This is a fraud where they take advantage of your money and time, because you have to pay upfront, when you desperately need help. It is a message system, not a real time chat so you have to wait until a doctor responses to you. It is a total disaster. Do not use them and waste your money.

Would not recommend to anybody. Paid $40 and the doctor said she would put in a prescription for antibiotics for my uti. I clicked the pharmacy and have called my pharmacy 3 times to check and they never received anything. Can't get ahold of anybody on the message center. Such a waste of time and money. Should have just went to urgent care.

I took advantage of Goodrx after being dropped from my parents' insurance. I have the Gold Rx plan. My only criticism is I pay monthly for the GoodRx plan, but when I need a telehealth appointment, I have to pay $19 for the consultation. I wish gold rx users didn't have to pay the $19 and just got free consults and discounted meds. All in all, it's helped me stay healthy and is relatively fast in responses and prescriptions. I highly recommend.

I am not yet done with my interaction, but I do not expect that this review would go above two stars, even if I waited. When I log in, their page is oblique, and difficult to use (yes, I am a troglodyte, but I get through most sites much better than theirs). The pharmacy just called to say that they had not received the prescription, though GoodRx said it had been successfully sent. The woman at the main phone number can do nothing, and when I call the second phone number she gives me, they hang up when I go through the steps they require. I am about to make a last effort, or call back for my money back.

They pretend they will refill your meds, then they come up with an excuse why they can't, and to contact a doctor in your area...even though they have the medication listed as available to request.

Said my old account was closed so I opened a new one, but they continued to double charge me over a year on both accounts. Wouldn't refund only but 6 months when goodrx said my account was closed. Now I still paid for over another 6 months for an account the goodrx was closed. Good rx gold doesn't even give the cheapest price compared to other rx coupons.
I highly do not recommend. Find another rx discount company.

A while back I had problems with the price GoodRx stated. So today I thought I would try GoodRx again. I called the pharmacy to refill my prescription and they had a problem with the coupon. I called GoodRx and talked with a representative and the representative called the pharmacy and the coupon still didn't work. The representative said I could try another pharmacy but the other GoodRx coupons were more than the medication without a coupon so I paid full price and now I have my medicine. I will not use GoodRx again!

Don't even bother wasting your time or money. I scheduled a virtual visit with a "dermatologist" through GoodRx care because I was having issues with acne. I tried this site once before in 2020 and had decent results so I thought I'd give it another try, ended up being a waste of time and money. First off, you don't actually see anyone, your visit is through a text chat. Whoever I spoke with which I seriously doubt was a doctor pretty much told me that there was nothing they can do, that the current regimen I was on was what they would have suggested. The only thing they could suggest was put me on a pill (spironolactone), which I find out later is a huge no-no. I ended up going to see a real dermatologist in my local area. He increased one of the creams that I was currently taking which I was told by GoodRx wasn't an option, took me off of everything completely that GoodRx had me on in the past, and he put me on a gel as well as a wonderful face wash and face moisturizer. And here I am with a completely flawless face! Also, come to find out the spironolactone that GoodRx was trying to put me on because there was nothing else they could do for me is a big no no. It is a diuretic and treats high blood pressure as well which I'm already taking medication for and taking this could've dropped my blood pressure significantly. My current dermatologist said he would have never recommended me to take that knowing my current medications. GoodRx is completely aware of what medications I am currently taken. It's also a big no-no if you are currently trying to get pregnant (which I am) because of the side effects, which GoodRx was not aware of but then again never asked. Looking back I think I was just lucky the first time around because I had recommended GoodRx to two friends which had terrible experiences and results. Don't take the chance just go see a real doctor. Someone who can actually monitor you and the the treatment they provide.

Went to rite aid to fill a prescription with a goodrx coupon. Coupon said prescription would be around $135. Actual cost to fill was over $400. How is any company allowed to give people who can't afford their prescriptions false hope that they'll be able to afford a prescription?

Through the company goodrx purchased, rxsaver, I printed out a coupon reading $40.60. When I presented the coupon for purchase I was told the price is $55.90. I then called goodrx and explained my situation. The goodrx agent told me she'd call CVS and call me back, which she did about 20 minutes later. I expected her to tell me to go back and pick up my medication at the price of the coupon. Instead she said I had to pay the higher price. Even though she saw the coupon at the lower price, she said there was nothing she could do to get the coupon to function at that price. Very frustrating and time consuming.
