Worst purchase ever. Not only they charged me more than what was stated in the receipt but they do not specify that shipments come from China and not Germany. Certainly, I would not buy again from them due to the ridiculous CO2 emissions just for a couple of gym clothes.
Very bad service en communication! They steel your money. They don't pay back the money of products they don't deliver.
That's how they make money. They are worthless. I never buy there again. That's also my advice to you.
I had no issues with the top, I liked it.
However, the bottoms have quality issues. First, I'll say, I do love them. It's second skin, looks amazing on, and it has pockets! However, it came with a hole in the crotch. I emailed the company and they were quick to send me another pair. I checked that one closely and it had no issues. I wore it 3 times and now I notice a hole in the seam above the knee so they aren't very durable but it's a pretty set.

Everything I've ever bought from gymshark has just been meh; all the leggings I've ever ordered are too stiff and scratchy and way too thick. Also, not great longevity of the fabrics. It's a lot more efficient to invest a bit more money in a pair of SBs or Lulus that you know you can wear for years and they'll still look brand new.
I used UPS to return 6 items totalling $192 for refund. Gymshark received the package January 05/23 and here it is February 07/23 and they only refunded me $36. I had to open a case through PayPal to try and get my money. Never again will I shop there. The sizing is all over the place and more than likely you will have to return items. And if like me, you will be struggling to get your refund. Just HORRIBLE service.
A friend and I both bought from Gymshark last boxing day. She got her refund soon after she dropped the return package at the post office.
I also returned my package, but didn't receive any refund after a month. I've provided them a copy of my return confirmation email, the shipping label, the post office receipt, and Purolator tracking history showing that the package has been delivered back to their warehouse a month ago, but they're still saying that they haven't receive it and they're "looking into it", and withholding ~$150 from me.
It's been two weeks since gymnshark received my return items, and still no refund. Just stupid bot answers from their customer service. Do shop here! Its a scam
It is supposed to be an electronic gift card that is sent by email but I never received it.

I wanted to exchange an item in my purchase. I went online and filled out their exchange form. Everything was in order for my exchange. When I returned my purchase, I got a refund instead of the exchange. I wanted an exchange so that I would not have to pay the shipping fee again. I contacted them and said I wanted an exchange not a refund and they said the item wasn't available and that is why they refunded my money. I went online and could easily order the item. It was available. I told them that and they kept repeating that it was not available and that's why I got a refund. This went on for days. Finally I just re-ordered and had to pay the shipping fee again. I sent my order number to customer service so that they could see obviously that it was available and I was able to order it but they would not refund my shipping fee.
I spend more than $300 in clothes. But I return items for exchange to a different size. One it lost and the other one delivered in December 16, and they didn't send it to me yet!
What a huge disappointment and waste of time. Took forever to get order. Horrible customers service. NO customer service phone number. Equipment is cheap and overpriced. Buyers beware.
Bought 2 items. Did not fit. Returned them and did not get a full refund. I was not aware they do not give you all your money back.
I love Gymshark clothing. The quality of the clothing is great. My reason for the two stars is the customer service is the worse! They don't have a phone number to call. Customer service takes 4 days to answer if you have to respond back to the msg they sent you, you have to wait another 4 days for them to respond again. Returned about $300 worth of products and still haven't gotten a refund! Ridiculous!
I had my order get lost, then took 2 weeks to get my issue resolved. (Such a slow, no sense of urgency process). I understand, it's the holiday season, however took way too long to be resolved! Making me miss the sale of 20% off orders over $100. Even though I know I was given a coupon. Anyways, this shall be my last time I order from you guys!
Ordered hoodies and T shirt but did not deliver after 2 months and still no body answers. It was the worst experience I could ever have from an online shop. Lost my 200 $ and after 2 months even there isn't a number to call and track what happened to my order and to give my money back. Made me never try anything online.

I have purchased 2.0 leggings for years now. Every single pair rips on things after 2 wears. Contacted customer service and they offered a $15 gift card… a $55 leggings SHOULD last more than 2 uses! Will not buy from them again!
I placed an order Nov. 20, my credit card was immediately charged. Have sent two emails to customer service with no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
