Miracle worker
November 5, 2015

Jim of HackRepair cleaned up my mess in a couple of hours. He jumped onto my hack repair within minutes of me contacting him and probably saved my business. Even my Google listing hold was fixed immediately. He's a rock star, don't hesitate in hiring him.

Life Saver!
October 27, 2015

HackRepair was amazing to work with. A hack is such a tough situation and Jim helped my client feel safe & more in control. The hackers had put a redirect on the log in page and it was impossible to log in. It was so frustrating, UNTIL Jim stepped in. Then things finally started to go smoothly again. Seriously a life saver! He's so knowledgable! You're in great hands here.

I had received a warning from Google that my website had been hacked. For that reason, Google flagged my site with a 'This site may harm your computer' warning. You can imagine that this wasn't too good for my business. I had to find someone to remove the malware from my site and fast! After three days of setbacks(i hired some people overseas to remove the malware, but they couldn't), i came across hackrepair.com.

Let me first disclose that i looked at three other repair guys before choosing Hack Repair. Why did i choose Hack Repair? Simply because they wrote their phone number on their website and it reassured me that i would be getting great customer service.

I was right. I called Hack Repair one early morning and a guy named Jim picked up. To make a long story short, Jim was very responsive and helpful. He fixed my site within a matter of hours. He removed some files that were compromised and showed me how to protect my site from being hacked again. He is definitely an expert at what he does and I will forever be grateful!

I used HackRepair's service for the first time and was extremely pleased with the entire process. I have heard about this service from other developers, but have always taken care of this myself.

I was short on time so ended up looking for someone to handle this for me and when I did a google search, I recognized "HackRepair" and contacted them right away.

I'm happy I did. Almost instant email responses, started the job almost right away after receiving payment, and kept me in the loop all the way through the process.

The end result... site was clean and back up very quickly!

Can't recommend enough and will definitely use again.

I used Jim to fix my website that had been recently hacked. He got it fixed within 24 hours and also found other issues unrelated to the hacking to help my website load quicker. I would highly recommend him for any website problems you may have.

I was referred to Jim by the I. T. person I've been using for the past few years to maintain my firm's website. My I. T. person has earned my trust over the years so I felt good about her recommendation of Jim. She said was great and she was right. He took care of my hack issue quickly and at a fair price. It's so hard to know who to trust when it comes to computer issues; people like me are at the mercy of the people like Jim. So I feel very lucky to have found him. I'll definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.

A few weeks ago I discovered my real estate site had been hacked - about 500 pages had been added to scam money from my clients. I'm a beginner when it comes to Wordpress and realized I needed the help of a professional. I came across hackrepair.com on Google, and gave Jim a call. The first thing that impressed me is he answered right away. Every subsequent call I made to him he answered right away as well. To me this is very impressive to speak directly with the person who will be handling your website. He offers an incredible hack repair service for a reasonable, nay inexpensive flat fee. He communicates with you every step of the way, guarantees his work, and even submits a request to Google so that "this site may be hacked" goes away and you're in good standing. In the future if I have any questions or problems with my site I will be sure to contact Jim! Do yourself a favor and hire him on the spot to help you with your hack needs.

My website was hacked and my web hosting service was not at all helpful. Jim@ Hack Repair was patient, knowledgeable and over-delivered. As an solo practitioner,(I'm an acupuncturist) my website is critical. Prospective patients and current patients use it to learn more about me and acupuncture, book appointments, etc. Jim was able to get my website back up in less than 2 hours and also give me assistance with some WordPress issues. He is the person to go to if you want extremely proficient, professional and patient service when your website is hacked!

Saved My Business
September 21, 2015

Before finding Hack Repair, I hired the "go to" business for removing malware.

For 6 days my site was down AFTER I paid that company and they could NOT figure it out.

My site was up and running in 12 hours with Hack Repair! Not to mention, I called them on a Saturday evening and they got the job done by Sunday afternoon!

5 Stars ALL the way!

As an attorney, I count on my website to communicate with current and prospective clients, and so was distressed when google indicated that my site might have been hacked. I did some research and called Jim Walker and he said he could fix the issue. And he did! He contacted my hosting company and google and told me what he was doing as he did it. He was prompt and honest. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Not long ago, my site was infected with malware. My Google Ads stopped
Running for 3 days, and I wasn¹t able to locate and remove the malware
Myself. Website traffic began to suffer and a warning message was shown to
Site visitors. I finally went into freak out mode and googled ³fix website
Malware² or something similar. I was served a bunch of Google Ads and
Clicked on a few, and called a few companies/filled out some contact forms
For help.

HackRepair.com got back to me immediately, despite our time difference.
They let me know exactly what their process would be and for a low fee,
Got the whole thing fixed with a full, real-time report and synopsis.

When our animal rescue's website was hacked, I had no idea where to start to fix it. A Google search later, and I found HackRepair. Jim and his team were immediately responsive to our requests, friendly & knowledgeable, and removed the malicious code from our site within a couple hours. Our "Site Hacked" flag from Google was taken down about a day later. An amazingly great job by the team. Highly recommended!

Had the unfortunate opportunity to have our websites hacked and while GoDaddy tried to sell me a myriad of fixes (none of which worked - and were costly) I searched online and was fortunate enough to find Jim and HackRepair. Within 24 hours we were back up and fixed - at a reasonable price. The communication was excellent and as you could imagine, this guy is top of our Rolodex... Yes, rolodex - that is how unfamiliar and uncomfortable I am with technology - but thanks to Jim I'm feeling more confident and less panic about future problems. I highly recommend him and his company!
