My friend recently opened his first own business and of course he decided to do it online, mainly because nowadays it's safer and much more profitable to open businesses online. Jim was fantastic! First of all, he answers the phone! While talking he immediately began looking into our massively infected website. Unlike a tow truck driver who has you at their mercy when your car breaks down, Jim was very fair and reasonable in his pricing. Our website was down and we were in a desperate position. And while it took longer than he had anticipated, he did not add on for extra work.
Upon restoring our site and cleaning out malware, Jim sent us a report showing what had happened and where we had been vulnerable. Excellent customer service!
Hostgator had been very little help and only attempted to push us into a security service that they partner with. With Jim's excellent service, and Hostgator's failings, we have now moved our hosting over to Jim's service too. We definitely want to stay connected moving forward!

My new website got hacked and I wasn't sure what to do. I contacted HackRepair and received a personal phone call from Jim within an hour, where he took a look at my site and got started on fixing it while we were on the phone, and I and had a complete report along with total resolution of the problem by the next morning. I also received a follow up phone call to review the report and to answer my questions.
