I purchased the white size 9 Gogo boots. They were shipped in good shape and came exactly when stated. I order a larger size than I normally take (8 - 8 12) just so I would have extra room where my toes are, and I would be able to wear them all night on a Flower Power Cruise. They were perfect.
Paid for priority shipping, never received costume. Couldn't get ahold of a human. Disputing through my credit card.
I received my order on October 16th and I have been trying to get in contact with this company for two days to let them know that the costume I received for my daughter was cheaply made. I brought the DC Harley Quinn costume tutu dress. It looked as if they sewn it together
Themselves where strings were hanging from the costume. The headband was cheaply made. The cotton balls are ready to come off the headband. The costume didn't even have a tag on it. It looked like someone's child wore it and returned it and they gave it to me. Everything about the costume was cheaply made. I have been trying to reach them. It goes directly to their voice messaging system. I also tried to do chat online but they are always offline. I emailed them and no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
My package was returned through post office (I thought it would be shipped ups or fed ex and gave a physical address instead of P. O. Box) so it was returned to sender with out me ever getting it... they charged me $15 for return postage and gave me a refund even after I contacted them before they received it and asked to reorder it so we could have it soon! Rip off! Plus the costume was cheaper at several other sites online such as Walmart- like $15-20 less I found out afterward...
Product was exactly as we expected. Priced just right and was delivered to our home quickly as needed.
After 3 weeks I called to ask why I hadn't received my order. I was told there was a problem with the shipping and it must have gotten mixed up. They told me they would cancel the order and issue me a refund. The order cancellation happened instantly but no refund was ever issued. It has been over a month. Filled as fraud with my credit card company.
I am satisfied with my purchase and service.

Costume as described and arrived fast! My son tried on the costume when it arrived and it fits perfectly.
The costume was supposed to be the deluxe and it turned out to be standard. They wouldn't make it right with me.
This mask is what I needed for my son for Halloween though no place for your nose it will definitely serve it's purpose.
