Looking for specific NAS drives for a Dell array and they turned out to be very difficult to find. HD Direct seemed to have the drives, and immediately a live human was online to answer questions and help fill the order. Drives arrived quickly and they had the correct specs. Customer service checked in to ensure they arrived and worked for us. Great experience for just stumbling onto their website.
Part was not as described. The HD sleeve was larger than the one ordered as this HD was a substitute. We called to clarify and had to remove the original sleeve to make the part fit.

I have looked into your order and I do not see any notes regarding a call from you. I suspect you may have ordered the incorrect generation of drive for your HP server if the tray did not match.

The only thing is the company that shipped is a 3rd party shipper (sillworks), so the payment and the shipment was a little bit confuse, I need to dig out the email from the Junk mail. Other than that, everything go so smooth.

As per the instructions on the order page, which stated that if the low-profile version is needed, it should be indicated in the order comments.
The *NOT* low-profile version was sent, and I had to jury rig a low-profile bracket to use the card in my server!
