I bought scissors - But Hardware World sent a completely different model number that was a cheaper version. I have contacted them several times and supplied all the pics they requested - now they won't respond to my emails! Bait and switch and then you are stuck with what they send you! Buyer BEWARE!

The ordering process is seamless & the item was received in a reasonable amount of time. The Gilmore Fireman's nozzle is exactly as described. These are hard too find so the price is somewhat high. Reason for 4 star rating. I had ordered from a different vendor and the nozzle was of a similar design but it performed poorly & I couldn't return it. So overall I am a happy camper! I would recommend this Company.
