You ordered this wholesale. Your order was placed 11/16 at 8:11 pm with a 10 business day turnaround and I place reorders on Mondays so it hasn't even been 10 business days yet. I also posted an update on the post you ordered on in the facebook group today at 8:46 am.
We have worked with Hatties Boutique several times on orders for our Boutique and each time has been awesome and we have been so happy with how quick they get our items to us and the quality of everything we have received!
As far as I know, my order has not even shipped. If it has, tracking hasn't been updated. It's been a week and I was told orders were being processed last week.
Your order has shipped. We have had issues with our local post office not scanning packages. Most packages aren’t getting scanned until delivery. If we would’ve know about this we could have contacted them directly.
I'm a little disappointed in shipping. I bought my item a week ago and the tracking still says label just created and not shipped.
Your order was placed 8/17. Your item was packaged on 8/20 Friday. The day you emailed us about it. It was picked up on 8/20. This has been a reoccurring issue with our local post office here lately and had we have known about this we could’ve called them and figure out what was going on. Thank you.
