I have a love/hate relationship with haute. But it's mostly hate. Their designs are really pretty and I adore them, but their business ethics are awful. They really don't care about their customers or try to build brand loyalty. They want to take your money quickly and run with it. Their quality control is not great. Many items that I've purchase directly from the website or second hand (new with tags) have had sewing defects. The first purchase I ordered from them (piper bottoms), the strap for the bottoms was sticking out (when it should've been inside the suit). Given this is their fault, they should've provided me a full refund. Instead, I had to pay for return shipping, they deducted the package protection fee, plus an extra $5. I lost $20 and only received the rest in store credit. Another item I purchased (elise cherry top), the top was asymmetrical. I lined up the triangle cups, and one side was longer than the other. Lastly, the closing stitch for the red gingham bottoms is not fully tucked in. There was a piece of fabric sticking out. The fabric itself for the gingham is also very stiff and scratchy. The matching scarlett top was also uneven. The white band at the top of the cups were different heights in thickness.

In addition to the poor quality, as mentioned before, their business practices are also unethical. They do not post negative reviews which should be illegal, and they're charging ridiculously high prices for poor quality suits. My guess is that they're upcharging many times more than what it costs them to manufacture because the construction is extremely sloppy.

I love buying swimsuits and supporting small brands, but it's difficult for me to want to support a brand that doesn't care about their customers and don't believe in their products. If they did, they wouldn't have such terrible return policies. They really need to take a lesson in how to run a business because customer service is so important to build returning customers. And returning customers is where the majority of profit should be coming in from. If you're reading this Haute, please do better.

Ordered a matching set, finally arrived after 2 weeks and when I tried it on, the material felt cheap and non-swimmable, fitting was small and weird. The bikini that came with straps but could used without, instantly rolled up so it only just covered my nipples lol
I was approved for a return & refund over 9 days ago but I am still yet to hear back from them on where to go... which I now think makes me unable to return the swimmers and recieve my refund (even though it was approved) due to their policies. Reached out multiple times through different avenues and still yet to hear anything.
Place is a scam - you can get better quality, fitting swimwear literally anywhere else.

Inside of package had moisture in it and swimsuit smelled like mold. Bottoms had a strange fit to them and fabric felt inexpensive. An extra charge was added to my purchase without me asking for it for package protection so I emailed them within hours to have it removed. They shipped the package 4 days later then finally responded to email 7 days later telling me they couldn't refund it because it had already shipped.

These bikinis are such good quality it's insane! They have a good variety of colors, styles and patterns which are all so cute! I love the way the bikinis flatter my body and shape. I feel and look amazing when I'm wearing them. They are a must have!

I was scammed via shipping. I ordered express shipping to arrive in 3-6 days for extra cost. I asked for a refund on shipping. They refused, claiming I ordered a day later than I had and that it did get there within six days. It did not. It came in 10 days/8 business days. They still refuse to acknowledge this. Though you may get a bathing suit and it may or may not be what you ordered, if there are any complications or you seek a refund, you will be at a loss.

I was really excited to order a swim shirt from Haute Swimwear, because I thought the designs were sexy and trendy, and I loved that their models were inclusive in size, shape and color. However, I was disappointed to see that the swimsuits were only offered up to size Large. I was surprised by this too since a lot of their models were curvy. Nonetheless, I ordered anyway and my order got to me within 2-3 weeks, and the supper service was great - they answered any questions I had within 24 hours! I loved the suit once I got it, but I most definitely could've used an XL, but the material it self was great quality, very comfortable and durable. Once I lose some weight, I will definitely order from Haute Swimwear again!

Ordered a suit and couldn't locate the tracking number, I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful and provided me with everything i needed. Honestly worth the price for the quality! One of my favorite suits

The ‘tarna' set I got in burnt orange is absolutely beautiful, I love the colour and the fit. I got a size too small for the top but luckily the material is nice and breathable. Other than that the bikini fits so well and hugs the body in all the right places. The high waist part of the bottoms is my favourite part, I usually don't wear high waist but this one is just stunning because it's not overly high waisted and makes the waist appear smaller and thighs a bit slimmer which I love personally.

The order process was really easy and simple, the tracking information sent to me was a bit confusing but it did get sent to me quickly and on time. Everyone at the Haute-swimwear team was very kind and eager to help me with any issues or concerns, and the bikini's I received were adorable! I will be wearing these bikini's a lot over the summer :)

Haute swimwear despite being a newer company has done nothing but impress me from the quality of the suits, to the shipping and production dates. What you see is what you get, there is no fakes or scams. The material is great, super comfortable and fitting to all body types. There are a range of styles and prints to fit in everyone's sense of style and look. Overall I would highly recommend you check them out and give their swimsuits a try because I promise you won't be disappointed!

I love these swimsuits so much! The quality is so nice and my favorite part is that you can order a different size for the top and bottoms because as someone with a large bust its hard to find swimsuits that fit me.

I think the shipping to like 3 weeks, and if you use the shop app you can keep an eye on the tracking really well. The suits are true to size and fit really well.

I have been wanting to purchase some Haute Swimwear for some time but never got a chance to. Got to order some after joining their Ambassador program and I am so in love with my bikini. It's the best bikini I ever got! I'm a mother so I have a "mommy pouch" but the high waist sits so perfect and covers my pudge PERFECTLY! I can't wait to order more of these amazing HAUTE bikinis

Great quality and the size chart was a good reference! I am usually a size medium in top and bottom and the medium fit perfectly!

Shipping and delivery took a lil longer than expected, and i also wish you guys carried a size XS for bottoms.
