This is a great company. Their teas are very good. I've been ordering from them for years. In all that time, I had 1 bag of tea leaves that was mostly tea dust. It was replaced immediately. I really like that there are multiple sizes of the teas so that you can try different flavors.

Im only here because I ran out of roots and needed to replenish quickly. I was shocked to see I ordered approx 30.00 worth of merchandise weighing in at less than 3 lbs and being charged 14.00 for shipping! That's 1/2 my purchase. I won't be back but thanks anyways!

The cardamom pods are way below expectations. Most of the pods are shriveled up with dried out brown seeds in them. I have emailed the company about it, but they basically shrugged their shoulders...

Update on my initial review: the company has reached out and they sent another bag of cardamom from a different batch. Hopefully, they will be better.
