Always a pleasure shopping with Herbco. Inventory is always available and shipping is fast. I'm on the east coast and my orders arrive within 2-3 days.

The old store on Ellis Street that used to be my source for bulk herbs and oils is long gone, but I am happy that I found Monterey Bay Spice Company, which fulfilled my needs entirely and expeditiously. Normally I don't buy products when the cost of the product is equal to the cost of shipping… Especially when the shipment was only 1 pound in total! I think you get more business if you didn't overcharge your customers shipping cost!
First, your website sucks! I'm frustrated because I just spent about 20 minutes trying to make a purchase. I subscribed and made an account but it wouldn't log me in then I tried to get a link to reset the password and nothing came. So I clicked it about seven or eight times to make it work and then got seven or eight emails to reset my password… So incredibly disorganized! I would not have purchased this stuff without the 15% discount which initially you didn't send me. I am unlimited income and I don't appreciate $13 to send 1 pound worth of herbs! This is way overpriced and I feel bad about buying it because not only did I go through all this trouble but I'm paying a premium as well😢😢😢🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁
Nobody on Oregon understands what real chai is. Real chai does not come premade in a box, it is not in an instant powder form at the local coffee shop. You either buy it and brew it or buy all the ingredients from MB Herb Co. And make it yourself.
When I lived in the Santa Cruz Mountains I enjoyed Up n Atom Chai that I purchased at Herb Room in Santa Cruz. I am also pretty sure Cafe Pergolesi served Up n Atom Chai. I just remembered a few months back I was missing the real chai experience and it took quite a while to locate HerbCo. So glad I did, have been ordering other hard to find spices and chai mix (not Up n Atom)

I had never ordered from MBHC before and had never bought tea online. I have a very low tolerance for caffeine, so I was looking for good quality caffeine free loose leaf teas. I purchased chai, orange cranberry, and hibiscus zest, and I love them all. I also ordered chicory and dandelion root for my morning coffee. The products I received are all high quality, and I will definitely continue to order from MBHC.

Once in a while when something is out of stock and I have to go elsewhere for my business I am always so disappointed. It doesn't happen often though! I love the re-sealable bags the herbs come in now, the fast shipping, and knowing that the quality will be excellent.

Today went quite smoothly but when I was trying to place my order a few days ago it was extra slow and my cart wouldn't show up multiple times.
Ordering is very nice and simple. Also I like the pictures of the products. The quality of the products is excellent.
The only thing I don't like is the high cost of shipping and the high threshold for free shipping.
