It is hard to find reputable companies. When one is too far away to actually lay hands on the products it is a huge relief to find quality products that can be purchased and shipped in bulk.

1) Your checkout process is too complicated. Even though I entered the desired address at the beginning of the checkout process, it reverted to a default address and almost sent the order to the wrong address, which brings me to #2.
2) ALL companies allow a buyer to cancel the order if something is wrong with it. What planet are you living on? You're either a thief and want to keep the money in your pocket without providing something for it, OR you are utterly backward. So which one is it?!

I looked at every possible place for the best deals. This company delivers fast and each item is so fresh. Packaged well and the quanity, quality, and price makes this so much affordable. They have everything you would ever want or need. Customer service is excellent.

Herbs are shipped quickly. They exceeded my expectations. I have ordered 23 different products and they all have exceeded my expectations.

We've been buying from herbco for years and the only issue we ever had was the ridiculously high shipping costs, but we were willing to put up with that because the quality was good. The last couple of orders we placed, however, have seen a drastic drop in quality. The granulated garlic was a very dark brown and pretty much one giant lump. The rubbed sage looked more like grocery store thyme, there were so many stems and twigs. As far as we are concerned, there are two strikes already. We are trying one more time. If there is a strike three, we won't be back.

The cinnamon has a scent and flavor as if it had been mixed with tumeric. Of course, I know this didn't happen. But it did come in a resealable plastic bag instead of a plastic bag inside a resealable foil bag. And I put it next to my foil pouch of tumeric. I wonder if the cinnamon could have absorbed the scent and flavor of the tumeric? Please consider putting spices in foil pouches. I had cinnamon in a foil pouch that was stored in the same place and it never absorbed any other flavors or scents.

I was looking for a supplier that was closer to home; no one near me to save on shipping only to be charged crazy high prices -- no chance of saving. Bulk pricing and free shipping over $250 works and is a great value. Thank you MBHCo

I like that I ordered on Thursday and by the following Monday I received my order. My order was correct and everything promised.

I use the herbs, flowers and spices for healthy happy chickens, turkeys, ducks and geese on our small poultry farm. The herbs help with parasites and added nutrition. They come packaged well and shipping was quick.

I have had great experience with my purchases from Monterey Bay. Some of the bulk items aren't as perfectly shaped as what you get at the grocery store, but you get a lot more for your money and they taste the same. Everything I've gotten had been accurate and good quality.
