Checkout process is highly flawed. They decline your perfectly working credit card. They state it is security on their end. But, no one knows how to fix it. Horrible business. They are basically rejecting their ability to make a profit. And, they act like they don't care. I personally think they should remove the website and keep it down until they can figure out how to run a website. Keeping this useless mess up will only deter customers from buying from them. If security is this big of an issue and there are so many good credit cards being declined, they need to let customers pay through a third party like PayPal.
I had tried to check out my order on H&M for many times. Also, I have checked whether I have written the card information correctly already, but it won't work nonetheless. But when I ask the customer service, they just said that there are some problems with my credit and debit card. Guess what?! My card worked in another stores. SO YOU THINK WHICH ONE HAVE PROBLEM HUH?

I have complains about their delivery service, but everything was resolved so is not a big deal. The clothes are good quality, but bigger size, so you need to take one size smaller than normal.
I have problems with checking out at HM website for several days. Among 20 times of attempting, 2 out of them would go through. I called their 855 many times as they would remembered me and my phone number. Most of the time they told me to wait and try in the next 24-48 hours. But not today. It would be the worst ever conversation I got from customer service of a big company like H&M. Before I even gave my bank info for them to submit the payment on their end, they told me, you won't be able to shop at HM anymore since your bank account wasnt approved.? What? I have shopped from HM for more than a year and spend thousands of dollars on it. I placed several orders for a week and this is what I got back as a loyal customer? They told me my bank account wasn't approved, so I told them I have checked several times with my banks and they all were fine. Then they told me my account was closed. I asked them what should I do for next. I got the answer " stop shopping at HM ". LOL, clearly HM don't need customers.
I got mad and went to their chatting service seeking for other helps. Again, I was advised to call their 855 number. Alright, I did it one more time, after putting me on hold for more than 5 mins, I got someone again telling me that they are sorry but I would not be able to shop at HM anymore. I asked her why. She told me because of so many unauthorized transactions from my account. Then I told her, if there is an unauthorized transactions, my bank would be the first person to inform me that but not, they were all totally fine. ( I have tried with my chase credit + debit, bank of america credit + debit and captial one) then she admitted it was HM system could not authorize my transaction.
Alright, if it is HM system caused a problem, why HM did not inform to a customer but saying customer's problem with bank account instead?
I don't create a fake account, I don't own any money from HM, I don't create a fraud. I'm shopping friendly. I received so many of HM packages delivered to my house for such a long time. What make me become an unauthorized customer at HM now?
The clothes at H and M are affordable and pretty good quality. There isn't one in the town that I live in so I have to order online, make sure not to be reliant on your order and timing, because it could take up to two weeks for the clothes to arrive at your house. Horrible shipping service, tracking is sub-par, so be prepared to not receive your clothes for a while.
Will they ever fix their checkout problem? It keeps declining my cards. Checked with the bank and all cards are fine. Have also checked with fraud service, and everything is fine there. And I know a number of people that have had the same issue. Some even have the transaction go through with their bank and have it decline.
When I first started ordering online from them, it was ok. They always ship ground and with USPS and that takes weeks. I'm not sure who the smart guy was who thought it would be a good idea to have a shipping agreement with them since USPS already has terrible customer service. The first time I had a problem with them was that an item I had ordered along with other items was back ordered so instead of shipping me what they did have, they waited until they received it to finally ship my order. It took over a month to receive it. They gave me a 10% discount to make up for the trouble. Not that great, but whatever. I ordered from them just recently and I realized that I forgot to update my shipping address. I immediately emailed them after the order was placed because the other issue is you can't update your own address, you have to contact them to do it for you. They responded the next day saying my order was already "in progress" and once that happens there is no way for them to make any changes or even cancel the order. They told me for future reference to cancel the order with it is still "pending". They told me they have no way of communicating with the warehouse. Now I have to wait until I get a tracking number and hope that USPS will reroute my package for me. They didn't do anything to make it right for me. They haven't even updated my address in the system. So now I have a package being shipped to California when I now live in Washington. Keep your fingers crossed that USPS will be willing to reroute my package or I'm probably looking at another month of waiting. Never again.
Good looking clothing and good stuff cant find sizes, I try them every now and then, but not always lucky to find what i like.
I tried about 15 times to order on the website for the first time but couldn't figure out why it wouldn't go through. After speaking with several customer service reps, I found it out it was a system issue with H&M's credit card system and they did not know why it was rejecting my card. All they told me was to wait a few days for the system to refresh. I did and now the website is having technical difficulties. I have never had so many issues trying to order clothes online. Very frustrating because I spent all that time picking out clothes and now I won't be able to purchase them.

As a family of six we order 95% of our clothing online.
The first year they offered online store it took about 3 - 4 weeks to receive your order.
For 8 days ago I placed a new order. My order is still in process so I guess I have to wait another week until I receive my clothes.
I know that it might be normal processing time but anyway I normally order clothing from UK etc. and this time I did it same day. I got it 51 hour later from nextdirect.com and from other uk companies around 3 days. And guess what I pay the same for shipping.
Somehow I feel like the company should have free shipping until they have found way to speed up their service.
I though like HM. Many of their clothes are priced OK but the price though is going up so I have start to shop from other companies..
Bought leggings here last march for sweater tunics... they are very expensive here. Waited for a good online promo-code and got the colors of leggings and styles i wanted... i have done better in rainbow/national liquidators/5.99 fashion for leggings... and at better prices!
Hennes fashion is not that great and they take a lifetime to deliver I've literally given up on them, I just choose not to shop here anymore.

I placed an order that was to be delivered overseas, Puerto Rico to be exact, order date was 7/2, at checkout it stated the order would be delivered July 5-7, I tracked the order on the 8th and it says that the items were in FL, checked again on July 10th and the info hasn't changed. Emailed them inquiring, and they informed me that it will take up to 6 weeks to get there because IT IS GOING OVERSEAS! I answered telling them that my invoice said delivery july 5-7 even after the address was entered and it was clear that it was going to be shipped overseas... NO ANSWER! So my fellow shoppers if you are overseas your items will take at least a month and a half to get to you! "
