Well, we spoke to your agent on October 14th or thereabouts and she in turn spoke with Jacob at Comfort Pros. Since that time we have not heard back from you. The long and short of it is that the cost of fixing the current unit would require upgrading the converter that allow R-22 to work with an R-410 Evap coil would be cost prohibitive due to the cost of R-22 these days. The fact is that the compressor was very worn along with other parts, and not likely to hold up much longer. Comfort Pros said they could not in good conscience fix the existing unit as they expected to only last a few more months if they did. So, they said we needed to replace the HVAC system. We had them install an Amana/Goodman system at a cost of $21,000.00. We would like you to contact us about re-imbursement, at least in part in lieu of what you would have compensated Comfort Pros or other contractor to fix the existing unit.

To date my experience was with a sales rep only…. His name is Sean Sullivan and he was proficient in the conduct of his presentation, product knowledge coupled with world class customer service. I have yet to use the home warranty component but when and if I do I will rate it at that time

The technician came in and looked over the refrigerator, he took pictures and did a report to send to company. He felt it couldn't be fixed.

Everyone i had interactions with was very polite and helpful. They walked me through the process. The only problem i have is there isn't any company's around my area. So I have to pay then get reimbursed.

I had canceled once and I was told that I wouldn't be billed again but I was I received one refund but my bank paid for the second I feel bad for my bank thankfully they charged me $30 to block your billing I had signed up with your service again but I had planned to move in with someone. I had paid the first month at a discounted rate which I appreciated however you build me at the regular monthly fee long after cancellation. I have been told multiple times that I would receive to confirm that my account was deleted but it was never received you all are pathetic

I heard one AC guy and he charged me $250 to clean and add freon to my A/C system. Then I called Home Safe and they said I needed to call them first so now I'd have to hire another AC guy before they could pay me. That AC guy said he couldn't find anything even though he heard this noise and he didn't know what the noise was. Show Home Safe did not pay for that visit because I claimed it was maintenance. So I had to get her a guy that would actually fix my AC. This is after I've been without A/C for five days. He charged me $1000. The part was only $100 but he had to go and pick up the part on a Saturday afternoon so the rest of that thousand was labor. And no safe home did not pay for that.

After reviewing your claim, our file does not have any documentation supporting that a part was replaced—only that a cleaning was performed. Per your contract, cleaning and general maintenance are not covered.
