When we called the number listed on the hotel website we explained that we were traveling with a pet and we booked our room to included the pet fee $75. When we arrived at the hotel they said the pet fee was not included and they charged us again for the pet.
I called to book a room at Holiday Inn. While booking, was told room was no longer available so she would book me in another hotel. The price she gave me "as a discount" was more than $80 more than booking.com. I could have booked that myself. She did NOT do me a favor and I paid way too much money for a hotel I didn't want

He was very patient with me. I gave him the wrong address of the place I wanted to book 3 times and not once did he get aggravated or impatient with me. He was extremely kind and was willing to help. He went above and beyond. In this day and age kindness isn't very common and when it's shown it should be recognized. Thanks so much Christian Antonio.

Individual that booked the room informed me we were on the same floor in the reserved area for my son's wrestling team. When I arrived this was not the case and I was also charged $120 more than if I booked the room though the hotel. I feel that I was deceived. I will never book anything through hotel planner in the future. F. K YOU
Got tricked into calling your number. The website was designed to look like the hotel's own website. The amount quoted over the phone was $143 all in for a queen room for 3 adults and a pet. When we got to the hotel the front desk said the room rate was $77 plus $20 for the pet. They said $77 had already been charged but they needed $20 for the pet. So not only were we charged nearly double the hotel's room rate but got charged twice for the pet! Way to go taking advantage of tired travelers! What a disgraceful operation! By the way the Ai phone help is a piece of crap as well!

We called at 4 AM on December 18th and spoke with Rayessa, but unfortunately the interaction was frustrating. She struggled to understand simple English and ended up booking the room for the wrong dates. We explained multiple times that our son's flight was arriving early that morning and that we only needed the room for a short stay—from 4 AM to 9 AM on December 18th. Despite repeating this requirement, she had difficulty comprehending and made an error, which caused significant inconvenience. I strongly believe employees should receive proper training to ensure they understand customer needs clearly and avoid wasting valuable time.
James was polite from the beginning of my request. I had made a reservation in the wrong date. He was able to cancel that reservation and make a new one with the right date. He verified all the details to assure this time everything was alright.

Excellent! I called to inquire about pet fees at one of the locations and discovered it was a bit pricey. He helped find a great location close to the airport for my nephew's and his cats travel the following day ( no pet fees). Michael provided excellent service and assisted me with my reservation and at a great price. That's again Michael!

I asked when i called is this a third party company as I only book through Marrriott (for points, folio, and rewards purposes). The website is deceptive. The representative send no. Not only that, I found out that the rate was about $100 higher then the Marriott rate itself. I feel ripped off and extorted.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
