I ordered 2 floating shelves. One was fine. The other you could tell it had been returned. The bracket was ripped off the back and it had scratches on it. Also my mailman had left it on my porch in the pouring rain all day. The box was soaked and so wasn't a corner of one of the shelves.

We got two high back bar stools. We love them. We already had four and decided to add two more to our island.

I don't know why I always forget to check here first! They always have great styles and choices. We needed 3 mirrors are a new build. After a terrible experience with another on-line vender, I remembered Houzz! They had what I needed. The items were delivered in perfect condition and it was a good price. I will always go to Houzz first!

The chandelier we bought is exquisite, arrived on time, in perfect condition. The issue was assembling and hanging this complicated, practically instruction-less fixture! CS at Houzz responded, but the help was minimal as they could only pass on what the manufacturer had to offer. Houzz service, follow-up and helpfulness, however, is second to none.

The table shipped quickly and arrived faster than expected.

I've been using Houzz for many years and have been very please up until the most recent order. The website misrepresents the actual cabinet color. It is described as black oak grain however it is actually brown. Now I'm told I will have to pay for the shipping cost ($350.00) to return an item that is incorrectly marketed on their website. Very frustrating and I will no longer be using Houzz in the future.

The table arrived on time and was packaged well. It was easy to assemble. Although not exactly what I was hoping for, the price was reasonable and it appears to be sturdy.

I Purchased, four light purple martini glasses. They arrived beautifully packed, and they are gorgeous!

Everything went as planned. Delivery was on time, etc. The only issue was that I signed up for a delivery that required a signature and the rug was just left at the house, not requiring a signature. Luckily everything worked out, but I specially wanted to require a signature to make sure the expensive rug didn't get delivered to the wrong address.

I found Houzz's shopping experience to be smooth and user friendly.
