Hurtle Gear ordered replacement parts for my puig windscreen. Even though there was a slight hiccup with the delivery, they rectified the issue exceptionally quick and my parts were delivered within 2 days. Thanks guys!

Item back ordered but still delivered close to the advised time frame
Footpegs and adapters arrived in good order. Fit up was easy and straight forward. More grip than standard pegs. Foot position is same height, but 15mm rearward. So more leg room.

Item was as described but unfortunately a month and a half later than expected. (total 3 mths) Apparently, an issue with the UK supplier. Management was responsive when the matter was brought to their attention. Packaged well enough that even Australia Post couldn't damage it.
I couldn't get the full set in NZ (i. E. no support arms till Feb 2026), but Hurtle were able to get them on back order for me. Grae was very helpful and outlined exactly what parts could be purchased separately, or as a set and their costs, plus shipping to NZ.
If a 4.5 star rating was available, that is what I would have used as I found the checkout process for a one-off guest purchase less simple than my experience of most other websites. If it was made a bit easier, it would have been great!
