I was first attracted to the website because of the fair pricing and quick shipping options, since my HVAC had given out and we're heading into the winter. I placed my order on 12/02 and on 12/03 I was emailed saying that the product was actually on backorder and wouldn't ship until 12/17. I was very disappointed and felt like a victim of false advertisement since it said delivery would happen between 3-5 business days.
I continued to email them myself to check for updates and sensed no urgency from the team, just sounding robotic saying they didn't have any news.
12/17 came and the unit didn't ship. I called and John picked up. He seemed to be the only one who cared about the fact that we were in the low 20s and had no heat. He pushed to have calls placed with the manufacturer and found out that the company didn't fill out the bill of lading, so shipping was delayed 2 more days. I finally got the product on 12/23 and they didn't even have the tools to roll it to my backyard, even though I paid extra for delivery. I had to pay someone else to roll the 430lb unit to the back so that a different company could install it. I don't think I'd use this company again as I didn't feel cared for as a customer.

I'm very impressed with your entire business and functions. I couldn't find the owners manual and called to see if you mail one to me. The gent I was talking to did better than that. He emailed me the owners manual and installation guide. Wonderful! Your shipping was quicker than I expected and the driver was very nice and friendly and very much helpful. All I can say is thankful, the price was right for my needs. The house has never been as warm as it is right now. I put the furnace in the down flow position and when I removed the bottom panel I found the owners manual and installation guide. We are seniors and we couldn't happier. Thanks again.

HVACDirect has become an exceedingly important part of our commercial property business. With the onset of COVID, we began to run into serious difficulties in being able to find new HVAC units for our commercial properties. The shortages extended into every aspect of our commercial properties, but being able to locate and purchase new HVAC units to replace units we had that were just too old and needed to be replaced became increasingly difficult. Many of our normal sources locally simply dried up. It was during this time of difficulty that I came across HVACdirect online and discovered that while I wasn't entirely familiar with the brands of HVAC they offered, I was encouraged by the high satisfaction levels and positive feedback and reviews they had. So, I crossed my fingers and went ahead and ordered directly from HVACdirect. The brand we've ordered by far the most often, has been the ACiQ brand of commercial HVAC units, both three- and occasionally single-phase units, between 3 and 8 tons. So far we've purchased no less than a dozen units over several years from HVACdirect. Delivery has been prompt and painless and everything's gone according to plan. I mentioned that I was initially slightly concerned about HVAC brands I hadn't heard of before but I did a little research and discovered that the ACiQ units (like televisions and many other things in the modern world) are actually made by Carrier and are exceptionally well made. And installation and reliability of these HVAC units has been perfect, without a single hitch. I'm not sure we could've survived without HVACdirect to be honest. They've been so incredibly helpful and supportive that we've even seen a couple of our local heating & air suppliers follow our lead and begin ordering their HVAC units and other equipment from HVACdirect and it doesn't get much better than that!
