The website was easy to navigate and the selection of system brands was fantastic. Including installation manuals with each product description was awesome and helped me make my decision. Once I built a system in my cart I was presented with the option of financing, with competitive rates. I was sold. Within two days my order was on it's way. When I received the original freight order it looked like it fell of the back of the truck and got run down by a city bus. A quick phone call to HVAC Direct support and a replacement order was on its way within a day. That order arrived in perfect condition. Two weeks later I completed my installation/setup and couldn't be happier. Thanks to the money I saved with HVACDirect, I was able to splurge on a top of the line intelligent system for less than the cost of a builder-grade system from a local reseller. Thank you HVACDirect. Com for providing such a great service!

The furnace is installed and functional. The coil was installed as well. The condenser has yet to be installed and was received with damage. Slight damage to fins near the bottom and the signs of a broken pallet it was bolted to. The damage appears to be cosmetic at this point, I won't know till I check the charge and confirm it's stable. The pallet that was damaged was the manufacturer pallet, not the shipping pallet so I know the shipping company was not responsible and the damaged section faced inward on the shipping pallet, meaning it was loaded with that noticeable pallet damage. I will update if the unit is not functional. I plan to buy a second unit to replace me addition furnace if this issue is handled correctly if it does become an issue.

The old evaporator coil had started to drip into the heater portion of my system. It was pointed out to me during a routine service of the heater system. The replacement cost from the company which performed the service was $4300. Doing my own research I found HVACDirect and was quoted an upgrade coil for quite a bit less. I decided that this would become a DIY project for myself. I received the unit and then contacted an HVAC installer that was recommended. Between myself and him the total cost of replacement, proper capture of the refrigerant, removal and installation of the new unit, brazing and evacuation of the lines was half of the cost quoted. And it included an upgraded coil. Using HVACDirect not only saved me money (retired person) but their advice was timely and accurate. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone seeking quality equipment and advice.

Once again a great experience. Prices are great here, shipping time is on spot. And the heater was packed so that the roughest delivery guy couldn't hurt it. I was amazed and so was the delivery driver. Thanks!

Overall good experience, poor communication on delivery dates and methods.
