I purchased the equipment, and it came with the Ifit program. It worked for a week or so, then stopped. Since they make you put your credit card on file, I got busy, and yes, I did not use the equipment, but I had sent an email to them and NEVER got a response. Then they asked for me to renew. I then sent a email to them and it started to work again! Strange. Then after another week again, it stopped. I was then promised to have a free month and that was also not honored. IF and when it works it is good, but if not you get a race track look to it and watching the wheel is more interesting. The service is horrible. Also to keep track of which routines you had been using is hard to work with. It does not keep track of what your next class is. I would never use it ever again. Super unhappy and they don't care.

I have submitted two online support requests for assistance. Have waited for over an hour on the phone for support to discuss a power issue with my bike and have had no response. I have a online chat still just spinning waiting for support. This is so upsetting. Not sure what is going on with Ifit but their customer service is extremely poor. Be careful.

I bought the 2022 version of the 2450 in June of 2022. At first...it was AWESOME. Then...maybe 5-6 weeks in, it started falling apart. The console would glitch. I'd get logged out regularly. It would get stuck on a white screen. Then...mechanical things started breaking down. The belt would rub and whine while in a decline, the motor struggled to push the incline up, etc. Now...the machine will turn off MID RUN! Literally, from full stride to complete shutdown. It's so dangerous. I've reached out to iFit each and every time. They finally got a repair guy out on 12/4/2022. But, still no parts, it doesn't work, and I'm still paying it off. I have this machine on a dedicated 20 amp circuit (to be OVERKILL). I weigh 160, work out every day, and bought this to throw in daily cardio at home to either start or end the day. But it has been the biggest waste of money I've ever spent. I will gladly take this post down if they ever fix the issue... but if you're reading this...Please beware, and do yourself a favor by passing on iFit/Norictrack. Absolute disaster.

I have sent at least 2 messages about the iFit site and app not syncing my step count to google fit event though I have set up the programs to be connected. This company is great with hawking new products but they are lousy at supporting them.

No telephone numbers or email addresses on the website. I used a third party site to find the info. No refunds available after 30 days, which works only if you get the renewal info on time. Never again!

My husband gave me a nordic machine for christmas during COVID. The ifit company automatically enrolled me/him in a $250/year recurring payment without us knowing. When I called to complain, the person on the phone would not return the $ and hung up on me. I am still trying to get the charges stopped. LOOK OUT! 00

Awful everything
October 19, 2022

Had an elliptical from them for years and loved it. It broke this Aug. Got their new Sport E2.0 elliptical and it broke last week. Bad crank arm stud. Can't order the part unless it's through the company and their "company policies" are ridiculous and feel a lot like more like a Ponzi scheme than anything. Don't waste your time or money on these people or products.

I bought an equipment from them and it stopped working after few days, they sent me some parts and still it didn't fix the issue. Their 1 year free membership is a scam, you will never use it and they will charge you after the free trial and they will never refund you for that.

I purchased a rower from NordicTrack/iFit in August 2021. It was delivered and assembled by their team. I paid extra for this because when they delivered our elliptical two parts were broken and it took us about two months of working with member support to get it fixed.

Unfortunately their team couldn't get the rower to turn on consistently and 9 months later it is completely broken. I have spent hours on the phone, emailed, chatted, and had I don't know how many cases opened and closed prematurely. I have replaced multiple wirings, replaced the console, and had a service technician work on it for over 2 hours. Nothing has worked so I am out over $2,000 since I am outside of the refund window but I have a bunch of apologies for my experience.

I should have learned from the first time to buy from a different company but posting here hoping that someone else will think twice because of my experience.

IFit is terrible
June 5, 2022

I have had my NordicTrack iFit for about five years now and the treadmill is fine, but, the albatross that is iFit hangs like a decaying stench around the treadmill. My experience with iFit have always been disappointing. When trying to find a replacement tread belt part number, the customer service rep basically was unable to help me. After about two hours of wasting time at the iFit website or on hold with customer service, I was informed that they needed to know the location of the treadmill in order to help me, with a part number. It is true. So, I went to TreadMill Doctor and was able to order the belt in less then seven minutes. So, if you are considering an iFit linked device, consider again. I cannot in good faith recommend any iFit product. It is sad that Nordic Track is so tied to iFit.

I had just bought a NordicTrack C700
I had just bought a NordicTrack C700 I signed up for a free month sub it was okay. I had gotten the individual plan. Went good for about 2 months 1 with free and one paid. Logged in today and saw they changed my plan from individual to family without my consent or even messaging me. The plan is about 2 times more and then some. It won't even let me change it back it individual. I don't know what they are trying to pull that is very scummy business practice on new users. I do not recommend using this service and just do manual mode. I pretty sure there are free service out there you can do to watch video and do exercise.

DO NOT PURCHASE VIA PAYMENT PLAN (TD BANK)
March 28, 2022

Purchased NordicTrack treadmill with whiteglove delivery and setup(+250$)
Used financing with TD bank.
Returned the machine.
TD bank continued charging me fees and now I owe them 400$.
I Called them and they asked me to talk to nordictrack.
I called nordictrack and they said I should work with TD bank.

TD bank wants me to FAX them a dispute form. Who even owns or faxes in this day and age?

TD Bank and nordictrack financing is setup to rip customers off. STAY AWAY from FINANCING.

Lost 400$ but NEVER buying nordictrack again!

Unsatisfactory
March 17, 2022

I bought a new treadmill and the only way that it would turn on was to use the 1 month free month iFIT trial, which is ridiculous. So the website said that I could cancel at anytime and that my membership would expire on 3/11/2022. I noticed that on 3/9/2022, my account was charged for the next month already. So I called to cancel my subscription. They definately cancelled my subscription, but still charged me the $15 fee and refused to refund that. To me, that is fraud. Charging me for a service I did not use, before the next month even started. So overall, I would NEVER purchase any iFIT equipment again.

We purchased a new Treadmill from ifit/NordicTrack and paid an additional $350 for their 'white glove delivery' and setup. Our treadmill was delivered in early December, 2021 and within two feet of carrying the treadmill over our threshold, the delivery team dropped the treadmill and broke it. The team acted like nothing happened and proceeded to carry it up the stairs. They banged into our wooden banister, taking a chunk out of the wood, and then damaged the drywall on the surrounding walls. We called the team out on both the broken plastic frame and the damage to the house and they admitted that they did it and took pictures. We filed a claim the next day with NordicTrack to get the damages handled and have yet to hear back. I have spent well over eight hours on phone calls (and a lot of it waiting on hold) trying to resolve the issue and cannot get a response back, even after three months of calls, chats, emails, etc. I recommend buying from anyone else other than ifit/NordicTrack if you want decent delivery and any help with support issues!

Bad technology
March 14, 2022

Had a Nordic rower for 6 months and the iFIT app stats vs the machine stats don't match. After numerous hours with technical support they could not fix the problem. They even installed a new console but the 2 sets of numbers don't match

Then the strap breaks and they just send a strap in a box. No instructions or note that says a technician would contact me. After attempting to install new strap with the help of Utube, I really mess up the machine and in my frustration I call technical support and they say "oh we have someone scheduled and have they contacted you?…. This is after the replacement strap sat in my floor for 2 weeks

Nice guy shows up on time and fixes machine and tells me in a nice way the machine and the app spec's never match when I ask him about the gauges on machine vs iFIT app…. After I spent numerous hours on the phone with tech support

Well now my second strap breaks and I attempt to order a repair on line. I immediately get some type of automatic response but after 48 hrs I really don't think anything is being done. So I call and get transferred to "after factory warranty". The guy has all my info but he expects me to have my serial number. It's late in the day so I have to go home to get the serial number ofvthe only piece of Nordic equipment I have. I call back and they're closed for the day

One can see that the strap breaking is a function of a poor design where the strap rubs on some rough plastic as it comes out of the machine

I guess my only dependable option is to rejoin the local Y and carry the broken machine to the street to end my iFIT frustration

I bough the bike and the bike is working fine. I also signed up to the iFIT app which is where my issues started. The email account I used locked me out after sign up and I couldn't reset it. I used another email account as I wanted to get the bike up and running. Both accounts required a credit card but there was a free 30 day trial period. Plenty of time to sort out I would think. Sent a support request immediately and then several follow ups before I was then charged twice at 30 days. 2 months later I finally get a response that they can't supply a refund for one of the amounts as it is against their policy. I have since looked at reviews on iFIT and 70% were 1 star with lots of complaints about support and billing. Only buy this bike if you don't want to connect to an app.

Money Grab
January 27, 2022

They can have better customer service representatives and policies that align with their customers. I suspended my membership a year ago because of an injury, I was not aware that my membership for private coach lessons was reactivated by IFIT, I began to incur monthly charges of $40 and just noticed them on my credit card. When I called and asked for a refund for at least this month that I just got charged for, they said no. I never used the coach lessons but paid anyway, then when I ask for 1 month to get credited, for what they see in the system I have not used in over a year, the answer is, NO. I will never use this company again or any other company that is associated with them for their horrible service policies.

The workouts are great as long as the app works. The app crashes from time to time during the workouts. I tried contacting I fit but with no success. I happen to notice that their site has no way to review the product which should say volumes about the company. Beware when ordering from this company that there is NO customer service. I have used this product for 2 years and with word from Nordictrack.

I received a 30 day FREE trial through my Nordic TRack purchase. No matter how hard I tried, in spite of spending HOURS on attempts to divine the secrets of connecting to the Ifit TV app, I was unable to get through.
Every time out the dozens and dozens of attempts to log in I kept receiving the same message "Something went wrong. We are working out some technical issues on our end..."
I finally decided to upload my credit card believing that this was the reason for the login failure. But instead of enabling to log into the app, Ifit Canceled my 30 day free trial period! And charged me $120 (NON REFUNDABLE!) annual membership - which I absolutely had not intended to sign up for. Certainly not without first getting a chance to try the app.
I called customer service numerous times and was put on hold for hours and hours. I even left my phone number for a call back. But NO ONE got back to me.
