Customer service on delayed services in the past have been an issue. I called customer service and opened tickets. No response like promised. Let's see if this order goes well.

All over the website I was put under the influence that the production of shirts would be 7 days and the shipping would be 7 days... needless to say I was a little mad when my order was placed Feb 14th and wasn't here until march 9th. Going to have to think twice about using this site again.
The entire experience was horrible! I will never order again from Imprint. I paid for express shipping/ processing and my order was to have been delivered on March 3. When I tried to call customer service I was hung up on 4 times, Kamil was the name of the 2nd rep I spoke to on that Tuesday when my order wasn't here and he actually called me back after 5pm. When I asked him why he said that he had to talk to production and couldn't do so with me on the phone. I asked for his manager and he hung up on me a 2nd time. The next morning I was hung up on immediately after on hold for 10 minutes so I called back and asked the name of the rep I was speaking to and she hung up on me. My only saving grace was Clint in sales. I did get my order on Thursday the 5th with only 1 hour before the event. The t-shirts were poor quality as there were spots in the graphic that had no print and although they were supposed to be unisex, I only got 1 that was, the rest were ladies t-shirts. Very poor customer service, you cannot talk to a manager or supervisor to save your life, as Kamil explained "our managers do not just sit at a desk to take calls from customers". The only suggestion I can give is " think twice before you order, this company is not worth the hassle".

Working with Imprint was a very bad experience. On 2/18 I tried multiple times to order via the website and was kicked out as soon as payment information was submitted. I called both the customer service number and the sales number to confirm the shirts were ordered. Due to the time of day, the only number staffed was sales. I was on hold for 45 minutes when she answered (understandable due to it being limited staffing). The sales rep could not answer my question and said to call back the next day. Before calling I tried the website once more and it worked. Shirts were ordered 2/19 and needed by 3/1. I paid for expedited processing and 3 day shipping (6 business days total). Shirts should have arrived 2/26. On 2/20 i received an email advising the shirts were being processes, when i had not heard any updates by 2/24 i called the customer service number again. From there the representative said he would open a ticket and get my shirts expedited. He said they should be able to delivery by 2/27. Two days later i received an email the units had shipped, via FEDEX ECONOMY and would not arrive until 3/4. I responded to the ticket that i needed an immediate call back and have still not received a call.
The shirts arrived 3/3. The graphics were fine, but the lime green color i ordered was basically kelly green with yellow specks making it look faded. The lime color looks very bad.
My husband trained for a marathon for 5 months, we had family come into town to support him and shirts were ordered for all of the kids. I asked multiple times if the shirts should make it as i easily could have cancelled the order and had them made locally. I expect a full refund on the shirts and would really like an apology since it seems as though the company could care less that i tried to expedite the shipments and spent hours trying to get details on the shirts. What a hassle.

Answer: Lots of back and forth. Can't call customer service. Have to fill out a 'ticket'. Waste of time.
Answer: The reviews but not I wish I did more research. They also gave me an estimated time which I need but now they can't tell me why it's way past the estimate time.
