ISF turned into a surprise for me. The information they provide is important to the job seeker in the interview process and not understanding what to expect or how to respond. If you follow the directions ISF provides you will have a better experience than you could have on your own.

I stumbled upon the site, and have found the Self Assessment to be right on and I really like the crib sheet as well. I've read several of the articles that should help bring me up to speed, since I have not had to look for a job in 11 years.

This course was an excellent tool for preparing me to interview in a very competitive market. It is very cleverly constructed and leaves no stone unturned. If you are somebody who loathes at the thought of selling oneself to a complete stranger, Interview Success Formula shows you how to do it in a stress free way. In my experience, you really need dedicate at least 8 hours to get the most out of the course. Do the work and you will reap the rewards - I did! Good luck!

At 56 I'm supposed to be getting ready to retire - what a joke! I've still got plenty to offer but needed help to tell my directors about it. ISF was targeted and the information easy to understand and settling. It gave me the confidence to say "Yes I can. I will be totally the best you have ever had in this position". Yes I have been offered the job. Yes I will be taking it. And yes, from time to time, you will probably find me standing like Wonder Woman saying "YES, I CAN". Thank you Alan Carniol for your time and your personalised, professional responses to my blithering questions. More fun, more money! Here I come!

Interview Success Formula offers useful advice on how to succeed at job interviews. They offer a free ebook on the top ten interview questions you must answer. I got it and was impressed with the guidance that's offered.

The site is full of a lot of useful articles for job seekers, centered on interviewing, of course, but also covering other relevant topics.

For a one-time fee, you can purchase a customized set of answers to interview questions that's tailored to your own personality and interests. And there's a money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied.

I came across this site on a recommendation from a friend. I'm not looking for a job at the moment, but I wish I had known about the ISF the last time I interviewed. I thought I was best qualified but didn't get the job; with the help of the ISF I might be telling a different story now.

I was not very comfortable going into interviews. I was fired from the Michigan Department of Corrections, and have been extremely self conscious about it. I have had a number of very short term jobs since that time. So going into every interview I was always concerned about having to answer questions about being fired. It really allowed me to take a better look at who I am. It allowed me to really see my professional strengths, gain a better appreciation of my experiences, and see the value of my professional skills. I felt a more genuine confidence in my last interview. Nothing really stood out, other than they spent more time telling me about the responsibilities of the position as opposed to asking me Key Interview Questions. Yes, allowing me to see real answers to questions that normally intimidate me. I really needed to see my Self Assessment, and my Interview Cribsheet. The program is a wealth of information, I just have to apply it to my interview experiences. Talking with Alan was also a confidence booster for me. It felt good just knowing that someone was supportive of me, and was with me. At the time I did not have the $97.00 pay for the program. I live off of a small amount of money every month. I am truly glad that I invested in the program, which really turned out to be an investment in me
