Thanks to your program, I was able to land my dream job last week. I studied your program for two days, following all of your tips about practicing and always using examples. They were highly impressed, and I left with an even more impressive offer. If you apply the principles of the course and own it you will succeed. Every interview and interviewer is different so don't get wrapped around the axle about the specific questions they may or may not ask. Get a feel for the theme and use the answers Alan provides as a guide for a natural flowing personable response to their questions. You are selling yourself and not a can of rehearsed answers.
I got the job and compensation I needed with only the second company I interviewed with. (Four interviews by the way). I would highly suggest rehearsing.

My husbands career has caused us to move quite a few times and I found myself having a hard time gaining employment in our new area. This gave me the tools I needed to recharge my interview and job search skills. It answers the questions that are so difficult to answer about yourself and therefore have me the confidence I needed to interview for my dream job with my dream company. After using the steps provided (and much prayer) I was offered the position and could not be more pleased with this result. I am typically very skeptical about these types of "gimmicks", but this really is the real deal.

I had a great cover letter and resume and was getting calls on the jobs I applied for, but I was floundering through the interviews because I was so nervous and felt unprepared. I had tried other online sites with "sample interview questions" but it wasn't helping much. I finally found my dream job. As we all know looking for a job is a full time job. If you want to find your dream job and have a great interview then I recommend the Interview Success Formula to everyone.

It is a lot of information but if you take the time to go through each section, complete the Self-Assessment Report, receive and review your Interview Cribsheet Report you will come to know your core attributes. Specifically, what motivates you, what you are naturally driven to do, what you value and where you can outperform others.!

Lets face you really need to sell your self in an interview and the only way you can do that is to become really familiar with who you are the type of job that is a right fit for you. The more you read it the more you will start to feel your answers and be able to sell yourself in a natural way with cutomer answers that are built for you. The Cribsheet Report is a great representation of what you want to convey to your interviewer.

I am a female over 45 who had been applying for jobs for months after getting laid off (I am an allied healthcare professional). I had put in more than 20 years of service to a hospital and had won numerous patient safety awards. New management came in and unceremoniously ended my career in 2015, stating that previous management should not have given me so many "exceptional" ratings on my annual evaluations - my salary had gotten "too high". I became very depressed, and later, angry and bitter. I applied to many hospital jobs, only to be rejected within a few days with an e-mail from Human Resources saying "not a good fit". Several interviews and being confident had me going to interviews expecting a call back.
There were many obstacles in my way but determination and POISE had me ready to interview with the best.
The one thing that stuck with me was in preparing for this was checking out the company beforehand.
Two weeks ago I went for a interview to train at an agency that I would work in customer service. Well the interviewer was so impressed that before the interview was over he stated that he was impressed that I knew so many things about the company and what they provided. I am so grateful that I came across this link while searching the internet looking for something to help me prepare. I had an HR interview scheduled the next morning. I have not had a formal interview in a while. Times have changed as have the types of inter view questions asked and how to structure an effective response.
