Ordered Interview Success and went on 3 interviews. On the first interview I didn't study what was in the packet. However, the 2nd and 3rd interviews I studied for these. I aced the interviews! Got the job on the 3rd try. I have been on so many interviews for the past YEAR. The job I got was truly my dream job. If anything having this packet made me much more comfortable in each interview. I am so glad I order Interview Success. Who knows, if I had done this sooner, I may have been working months ago instead of one year later. I recommend this to everyone to get their job of their dreams!

I got a new job recently at the best military financial organization in the country, and I owe it all to you.

I took the assessment and used those results to formulate my answers to the 20 most popular questions asked. As luck would have it, they only asked about 3 or 4 of those in the 6+ hours of interviews I went through, however formulating those answers and going over them repeatedly gave me the confidence to answer anything that came at me.

I recently relocated to another State and have not interviewed in over 30+ years. The Interview Success program not only helped me to hone in on positions that I was interested in, but also assisted me in feeling comfortable and confident during the interview. I'm a 53 year old man that had had enough is his dead end job, so I quit without a back up plan. I figured that all I needed was some time to clear my head and start looking for a new job. Well I did get a couple of interviews, but didn't get a second interview.

I was looking on Indeed one day and came across this add that talked about how to answer the 20 questions which interviewers ask. I listened and when the add came to the end I felt that I really needed to find out more. It was $100 to gather all the help and advise I could get. I had an interview the next day, so I decided why not.

When I got my self assessment report and interview crib-sheet report that was when I realized that I had no idea what the questions being asked in the interviews really meant. I'm not a professional interviewer as I had my last job for 8 years. I had been unprepared to deal with the questions the interviewers were asking.

Again I had an interview the next day so this was a crash course and it worked. I went into the interview relaxed and almost looking forward to the questions. I don't think that I got lucky and would have nailed the interview without the tools this program gave me. I would highly recommend it to any one that is starting the interview process to get a better understanding of what to expect and how to answer the interviewers questions without not giving them what they are looking for. This program really works! (Sorry for the lengthy review) I lost my job this past July, and haven't interviewed in over 5 years. Plus, I'm somewhat shy/quiet/modest so when it comes to interviewing, I get anxiety and don't sell myself as much as I should! After one bad interview, I became a member. At first I was skeptical, but after doing the questionaires, the results were spot on. The results described my personality/motives/values perfectly, in a way I couldn't explain myself. I had 3 interviews under my belt during the time I was a member. This program gave me confidence and helped me portray myself during my interviews regardless of my modest personality. After about 3 months I finally landed a job that I'm excited about!

Just wanted to give the interview success formula (ISF) program much deserved kudos! I went through the program in its entirety and secured three interviews. Using the tools and strategies of the ISF gave me a strategic advantage. Of the three interviews, I was offered the position that I most desired (and the one that paid the highest salary, which by the way, was a SIGNIFICANT increase)! Though there were many tools, the most helpful tools for me were the strength and weakness crib sheet and the "top 10 questions that all interviewers MUST ask." I was just getting ready to retire when the position that was the opportunity of a lifetime presented itself. I'm confident that there were young people just as competent and proficient in the field, but the ISF gave me a decided edge and I beat the competition! I'm on board for several more years and working the job I'd dreamed of for years! Thank God for the ISF!

After working at the same job for over 12 years, the thought of having to look for employment was very daunting. ISF has been very instrumental in giving me insight into the strong points and procedures employers are now looking at and using. The program has given me some insight into myself as far as strengths, weaknesses, motivation and purpose. Last week I was offered my 3rd position since joining in 2015. I am a contractor and am forced to change jobs frequently. I believe the Self Assessment and interviewing techniques have played a major role in obtaining these offers. I print it out and take it on every Interview I go on. It works almost every time.
