Thank you for your support during my job search and all the materials that u were offering me for an interview preparation. I found that self-evaluation form
(part of an interview preparation) worked like a miracle to help me understand who I am and what qualities I have. Creating "a story" for each question was very helpful too. As a result, I passed two tough interviews with lots of behavioral questions and job-based scenarios and finally got a job in a big hospital. I can say with confidence that Interview Success Formula really works.

It's a great webinar and Alan does a great job telling interviewees what to expect and ask during the interview process.
I have always struggled to put my strength in words or sell myself so to speak but the self assessment report is so accurate in describing my strengths and has helped me to put forward my strengths infront of the interviewers in a professional and convincing manner. I am very pleased
My interview skills were very rusty and outdated, so I went in search of material to help me. I'm so glad I came across Interview Success Formula. I followed the program to a T and walked into the interview fully prepared and beaming with confidence. Worth every penny.
Employers are looking to improve their "toolbox" with the right employee. Interview Success Formula guides you in presenting the tools you have to offer employers in a clear and confident manner. This company helped me present a spotty work history as an asset and addressed the concerns I had as an aging worker. I highly recommend this company so that you too can arrive at your next interview with a full tool box ready to land the job you want and deserve.
The principles outlined in all the ISF trainings are applicable not only for job-seekers, but with a little imagination are sound advice for any anyone looking to provide value to companies. Business professionals who are considering project work will find these lessons invaluable in terms of refreshing their skills in terms of client interface.
Gig work may not involve "interviewing" per se, but when it comes time to make the most of appointments with decision-makers I'm convinced candidates will do well to apply the fundamentals of the Interview Success Formula.

The Interview Success Formula gave me a step by step guide to shine in my interviews. Whether you need a crash course or have several days before the interview, this is the tool you need. Especially helpful were the fill-in pages to document answers for one or multiple interviews. It takes the jitters out of the process. I would highly recommend this for someone who is new or seasoned in the job seeking process.
I worked for my last employer for 12 years and overall over 25 years. As a highly skilled professional my resume was getting me through the door. However, I was not making it past the preliminary interview stage. Then I found the ISF materials and after making changes based on ISF suggestions, I am the top contender getting ready for the final interview which could lead a job offer at a great organization. Thank you ISF.
You don't know how much you don't know until you get this information, being prepared is the best interview strategy, this site gives you all the tools you could possibly nee to be successful
You won't believe how much this service can help until you take advantage of it. There job market is so competitive and anything one can do to set themselves apart from the competition is beneficial. I have shared the site with so many people!
Just letting you know that I now have a full-time job - one that is perfect for me! Thanks to your program! You gave me the words with which to address the issue of having quit my last job and you gave me confidence that I could succeed by following the materials you provided.
Most people fear interviews because they are afraid that they won't be able to answer a certain question adequately. With the ISF all the answers to those questions are prepared for you after taking their comprehensive assessment. How confident would you be if you knew the answers to all the questions? It's almost like cheating. ISF creates a crib sheet with the answers to the top 25 interview questions. And the answers are based on your own skill set, so they are easy to remember. They have great work sheets and daily tips to keep you on the top of your game. I highly recommend this program and the price is very affordable. It worked for me after being out of work for 4 months. Not only did I get a new job, but my salary was higher than my previous job... and I am 62 years old! I forgot to mention that the price is refundable up to a year after purchasing.
I was successful in obtaining the job I wanted as a new supervisor in my field of practice, in large part, by tips I received from Interview Success! It was a good program and helped to make me more confident and prepared! I recommend this program to any job seeker, no matter your field of practice. It was easy to follow and had great pointers on how to be successful.
The program helps you be prepared for all types of interviews.
I knew I had good skills to offer but believed I could not sell myself during an interview. I also didn't really understand interview etiquette.
I learned that it's ok to ask the interviewer a question on a small talk level. I connected with one interviewer since I knew she had worked the previous night shift, asking how her night went and thanked her for staying late to conduct the interview. I believe it really helped and I was offered the job.
I did this again on a different interview and was also offered a position.
Although I used many aspects that I learned from subscribing for your help, I believe this one tactic helped me relax and be more confident during my interviews.
I had worked for one company for 33 years when they closed the local office and I was forced to retire. Staying retired was not an option for me financially, and the job search experience is vastly different than it was in 1983! Plus I a now considered a "senior" worker and that presents challenges of its own. This program was both the most helpful and most affordable that I encountered. It gave me all manner of practical no-nonsense advice and strategies for navigating those god-awful behavioral interviews and some of those weird curveball questions. My final interview before I was offered a job was actually friendly and polite rather than confrontational but I did not know it would be. Having the right skills and being prepared made all the difference in my confidence level. Ladies for the price of a dress and a clearance pair of shoes you can acquire to skills to ace an interview!
Hi Alan,
I don't know where to start. I came across your website several months ago as I, a 47 year old single mom, was approaching my graduation in search of how to get started in the professional working world. One thing they do not teach you in college is how to look for employment, write a resume, and interview. After my divorce I decided to go back to school. Not having worked, let alone gone on a job interview, for over 17 years I was clueless and terrified, to say the least. Way back when I worked you used to walk into or call a place of business and fill out an application.
Fast forward, I was called for an interview. When I got to the office, I had to sign in and there were at least 5 names above mine with "interview" as the reason for the visit. Being nervous already, that made it even worse. I interviewed in front of two people, the office manager and the attorney I would be working under, and they asked about ten of the twenty most commonly asked questions. I was asked to give examples and, thanks to you, I was prepared. This was the first and only interview I went on and I can tell you, without the help of your course, I would not have done well. Two days later I received a call from human resources and was offered the job!
I know for a fact, your course prepared me one-hundred percent. I would not have this job without it. I went into this interview with no experience and know for a fact there were several other candidates. I just can not thank you enough. All your advice and helpful tips made the difference between being unemployed and working for the law firm of my choice.
Your course was as good as an investment as my college career.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, from the bottom of my heart!
Sincerely,
C. Sutherland, Charlotte, NC
Great program that focuses on your strengths and personality traits. It prepares you through the different stages of the interview process from phone screening through accepting an offer. It develops your self confidence and provide with excellent tools. A "must have" for any professional.
After going through the webinar of SuccessFormula I bought the package. It helped me formulate my stories. Gave me confidence on how to sell a more "mature" person. I am over 50. Prior I kept getting "you're over qualified" Learned how to sell myself as a "Boomer" vs. "Millennial". 4 weeks after that webinar... I had a job offer. A week after that I received another job offer. However, I really aggressively worked with the tools provided.
If you use them it really maks a difference.
I had three unsuccessful interviews before I signed up. Two days later, I got the job I meant to have.
Thank you again!
I could not have done it without you!
Answer: Hi Riyadh, One thing you may want to take a look at is the Customized Interview Preparation plan as that will give you some guidance on how to navigate different types of interviews such as the panel interview that you will be facing. If you have a specific question, you are welcome to email us and a member of our team will be happy to answer you. If you are looking for a personal coach to advise you though, that would be outside of the course. Best of luck with the upcoming interview.
Answer: Hi Jonelle! Congratulations on your graduation and on the upcoming interview. In today's healthcare environment, it's critical how nurses relate to and support patients. So you'll need to tell stories related to helping others - in nursing or elsewhere. All your life experience will help there, and our program will guide you through how to tell those stories. ISF will also help you articulate your strengths and motivations and other parts of yourself – where people sometimes have a hard time articulating the words. The Formula won’t answer technical skills questions like how do you respond if a patient is coding. It will help you present who you are more effectively and prove your value. Thanks for your note, and best of luck in the upcoming interview. Best, Alan
Answer: Hi Shell, The program is all online. You can access it within minutes of clicking placing order. We have a no questions guarantee for 90 days.
Answer: Hi Renee, It sure does. Performance based interviews are all about giving compelling example stories from your past work experience. We have special modules that focus just on this, including the personally customized StoryWeaver report. I hope that helps.
Answer: Hi CF, Yes, it would apply. When we launched, there were a lot of nurses looking for support. So we actually have custom healthcare job search worksheets included in our bonuses section. You would still need to practice on your own for technical questions, like, "What do you do if a patient shows these symptoms..."
Answer: Hi Manessa, Most of our clients are at the manager level or above. At the leadership level, they are looking for your ability to understand the big picture current situation and see around the corners, and develop solutions to this. This means you want to have ready examples from your past of what you have done, research to understand the current situation and an idea of how you will approach the role when you step into it. These are topics we talk about in the program.
Answer: Hi Charlene, I apologize for any confusion. We updated our pricing about a year ago to reflect the added features we've included in the program.
Answer: Hi Pallab, Our program has helped job seekers from 17 to 82. It's for anyone looking to improve their interview performance and get an edge over the competition. Yes, the program would be perfect for the non-technical side of IT job interviews.
Answer: Hi Brenda, Thanks for the question! Inside of our members area is a tool called the Customized Interview Preparation Plan, which gives you advice on different types of interview situations, a phone interview versus a panel interview, a first interview versus a final interview, etc. So that can definitely help with that piece. In regards to personality, I am not sure whether you mean they want to understand culturally how you would fit, whether you would be taken through a formal assessment, or whether you would be asked to shared stories and examples that describe your personality. The program can give you some strong guidance, on the first and third possibility, and less on the second.
Answer: Hi Ash, While I can give a number of reasons why I believe in this program and share client success stories, what I'd suggest instead is to simply give the program a try for yourself. We offer a no-questions asked money-back guarantee. So if the program isn't right for you, just send us an email, and we can issue you a refund.
