This VPN at first disappointed me as the in built option to use "Netflix USA" did not work. After a few attempts I decided to ask for a refund, when a life saver called Theodore, gave me clear and helpful instructions on how to set my VPN up manually, and the restrictions on USA netflix were lifted.
