I had an issue with my e-mail address and am testing this service out on a trial basis. The issue was that my e-mail address was misspelled. I contacted customer service VIA chat on their webstie and "Theodore" helped me by correcting my address and sending a password reset to my real e-mail. So far this service has been pleasant to use and I actually have to check if it is still running! But it is and I am very happy with it so far, I may upgrade to the 2 year service at a later time.
I had an issue where I wasn't able to login to the servers. I contacted the support and he (Theodore) told me that my email was too long, that's why it didn't work.
He made within a few minutes a new account (name) for me and solved my problem. Servers are stable and fast so far. It's also pretty cheap.

I had no problems with ivacy, it was cheap, customer service was excellent and friendly. One of the cheaper vpn options out there.
