Before i subscribed to the Ivacy 2 year program, i confirmed (Ivacy support team) that their VPN service works with Os Maverick. That was in July 2017, everything worked fine until recently. I get blocked by a Ivacy login window and cannot select different servers as before. Their response is to "manually" configure each time i want to change servers. Yes that is a get by solution but not the product i bought in July 2017. Ivacy now says that my OS is out of date and must upgrade. Not a viable solution because my older graphic programs wil not work with the newer OS's. Not a professional company, as soon i as i talked about a refund and not respecting their original engagement, TOTAL SILENCE. If you are a Mac user and happy with Os Maverick, stay away from Ivacy
Awesome VPN. Has a working manual configuration to access Netflix USA. Polite, Friendly and Helpful staff with a quick response. All queries are answered, and the chat help is almost instantaneous. Get the sub! It's worth it. :D
After using their service for 2 years Vladimir made me an offer: $40 for a "Lifetime subscription". I cannot say that their servers work 100% all the time.
I am using pptp connections and when i find a very loaded server i simply connect to the next one and problem is solved.
For me they are the best vpn provider.

There is no doubt that Ivacy is one of the best VPN providers in the industry for its advanced VPN features like split-tunneling, kill switch, ad-censorship, security protections, etc. and 5-star customer services. Originally, the network conditions of our office were quite awful as the ISP hijacked DNS queries to place pop-ups and ads to our browsers, which, in fact gave us issues and troubles more than you could imagine. For instance, some pop-ups came with viruses, some ads used falsified campaigns to scam us by acting as "Download" buttons to spread ad-ware, and some simply redirected our traffics to phishing sites. Complaints to ISP did not work as they did not acknowledge the above unethical acts. While we were in quite depression, one of our friends persuaded us to give Ivacy a try. Then I navigated to Ivacy and asked on the Live Chat to see if solutions were available to our issues. To my surprise, the support, Vladimir Nabov, told us that problems have been troubled us for a long time could be easily resolved by using the state-of-art VPN software provided by them. I followed the instructions Vladimir gave carefully, hoping to cease all issues that our ISP contributed. Guess what happened next? Our Internet has finally come back! No more ads and pop-ups! Now, everyone in our office can not only experience the true Internet provided by Ivacy, but also improve work efficiency for that we no longer need to spend countless time on OS re-installations for the invasions of adware. It is strongly recommended that anyone who hasn't been on board with Ivacy to join now in order to protect yourselves from being heavily bullied by your ISP.

I looked at several, actually more, VPN's before signing up with Ivacy. Already I am happy. I either made a mistake with my sign-in email address or my email was malfunctioning so I could't sign in. Theodore stayed with me for a very long period until the problem was resolved. A lot of patience and good advise. This is simply top notch service and easy to use VPN.
I just connected yesterday and had unprecedented level of aftersales support from everyone, but especially Vladmir Nabov.
I have never had this much and close support from any VPN company, let alone any "IT" company to speak of. I have SYNOLOGY NAS and although they had no obligation to fix this specific brand set up, Vladmir took nearly ONE HOUR TO walk me through everything to MAKE SURE IT WAS FIXED. He saw it to the end.
I cannot recommend this VPN highly enough. Just get it.
