I ordered a 2 Umai crate for myself and my best friend and in which both box arrived in a separate event. I emailed the Japan Crate why I only get 1 crate before and they immediately explain me that the other crate was still in transit. So, to explain by the customer support, crates are being shipped by batch not by any chance that by the customer even you have more than 1 crate. Well, it ends up very good as I got well informed from it. Communication by the vendor was great. Both crates received as I said, no further complaints whatsoever. Bff's happy with my gift. Crate was perfect and items are quality. So, definitely I would recommend this vendor.

Bought a 3 months Premium snacks as a gift for my teenage son who loves to try different foods. Arrives on time and everything was packed nicely! I was very impressed by the care of packaging! Neat and nice red box of the premium crate. All the items in my box are great and fresh. Nice variety of fun treats. Thank you so much! Great choice for a gift. Recommended.

Superior Customer Service

While shipment was delayed because of the overload at Japan crate facility, it wasn't a problem. Its fully understandable. More important, their customer service handled the situation transparently and proactively. And they make sure that your crate will arrive even its late. But as always, my purchases arrived safely and are of the highest quality. Best subscription ever. There will be more purchases in the future! Best!

I receive my Premium box from Japan crate after a long wait. But all is fine, I though I'm going to lost another crate. The customer support didn't let me down on this one. About the products, it was a great selection of various snacks from Japan. Hard to find items from my local store. Easy ordering, good communication, and follow up post delivery. Unfortunately, I lost my January crate before but its all worth it. They refunded me the money and send me a new crate. Great customer service. Will order again in the future. Recommended!

Shipment of my last Umai box was a bit long but given the circumstances of today's world this is to be expected and is no one's fault. I really don't blame Japan Crate for the delay and honestly I'm just being patient. I've been ordering items from China and Singapore through the AliE and shipping is much worst. We all just need to be patient and relax in every bits.

As for my subscription, I subscribed for 3 months Umai crate and all well received. Products well packed and all there. Tried and tested most of the noodles and all taste testing is going well. More than likely I will order again in the future as well.

For customer service, it was good in communication. They answer every query and replied to you in an instant. All went well, as what I've said, we just need to be patient. Worldwide shipping is really a pain not unless you paid for a high price shipping then you'll get your items on time. With no further ado, the overall experience with Japan Crate is fair. Great products from the start. Recommended.

I received my initial Premium crate out of 6 crates that I subscribe from Japan Crate. This company offers a very good service inside and out. My crate delivered safely here in Miami. Rest assured, the customer support was super amazing. They will never leave you hanging with your inquiries. They response quickly from the email and indeed very helpful. Cant wait for my next box and the incoming future boxes. Highly Recommended.

I have ordered from Japan crate several times! Since the crates that I order are gifts for my children and grandchildren, I depend on their response to the gift boxes that I send! I ordered Japan Premium last August and took time to receive it or either lost during the shipment. I sent an email and complain to their support about not getting my crate. The customer support responded quickly with my issue of not getting my crate on time. They are nice and professional and also apologize a lot when they replied and they promised to send a replacement crate. Very satisfied with the service. I was able to resolve my issue easily and they replace the lost crate.

Now, that finally I got the replacement crate after 2 months of waiting. The doubt that i had was all gone. Legit company and they are amazing. Great customer support. Definitely will recommend.

Love my the Doki Doki crate

Customer for a year

I have been a customer of Japan crate for a year now! I subscribed to a 12 month plan of premium box and overall experience was amazing. Some of the crate was delayed in shipping but most of the crates are delivered on time. 1 year have passed and will definitely re-subscribe after I move to my new place. Highly recommended. Thank you Japan crate. Not only that you made me happy everytime i got my crate, but you also made me feel great and positive.

Exactly what I expected.

Exactly what I expected. Although I had to wait for another week due to courier restriction but everything else is good. Ordered the Japan premium crate. The shipment delayed for a week and send email to customer support. They were apologetic but everything was sorted out. Customer service was amazing. They gave a timeframe and to my surprise I received the crate before the date they mentioned. What an experience. Great team! Thank you Japan crate.

Website is easy to use, crates are on point. Crates that we've ordered are Premium and Umai crate and arrive in good condition and in good time. We are taken back to our trips to Japan last 3 years ago when we eat some of the chips that we bough from a local store. Would recommend to anyone who wants the taste of Japan to US. Highly recommended!

I ordered several crate from Japan crate and the experience was great. I ordered Premium and Umai crate. So far all I have made have been easy to make and great to eat. Perfect much after warming with the noodle soup and much with the snacks! Love it all and definitely will order again and will recommend.

I was a bit wary if we will actually get the products we ordered. I just tried it for 1 time subscription and canceled it after I placed the order of Japan Umai box. To my surprise, Japan crate really did send the box. I got my Umai box as promised and were in good order. I will order from them again as long as they reduce the shipping charges. Taste Japan through Japan crate. Price is fair. Thank you!

Great gift for snackers

My premium crate shipped and arrived quickly and in great shape. Thanks to the great service and fast shipping. The crate was a 3 months gift subscription from Japan crate for my daughter's birthday and she told me she has eat it all and loves it. My daughter is so happy she can't even wait for her next box. Meanwhile, she's also taking the snack while having her Zoom class and teasing everyone in the class.

"Service from Japan Crate was absolutely satisfying. I'm from Iceland and knowing that shipping here is terrible. I ordered last Premium snack box from them last May and Im just hoping that it will arrive soon. But I'm not surprise as due to the shipping delays, my crate didn't arrive after 4 weeks as per say. I followed up with their customer support and someone from the team named Buta replied and explain the situation. So what they did, they sent another crate just to be sure I will get my crate.

Now to make the story short, I did received the replacement crate after 3 weeks after I send a complaint and on top of that replacement crate, I also received the first crate that got delayed in shipping. Isnt that amazing? So to sum it up, I got two Japan Crate with full of goodies and snacks that you cannot find here in Iceland. I can't thank them enough with the support that I got from there team and to the Japan crate that I received. Super amazing deal and so happy. Bless them with there generosity. "

Ohh I love my Doki box. I've been longing to have one of the Doki box. I just tried to subscribe for 1 crate and to my surprise. The items are so cute in my August box. Japan crate delivered it well. The customer service is amazing. They replied to all my questions swiftly. Glad that I tried them. Wanted to try the Premium box real soon. Japan crate subscription that you can trust. Im getting addicted with this subscription box from Japan Crate. The received Premium Japan Crate was all well presented. The selection of goodies and snacks were perfectly compliments each other. August crate was indeed amazingly curated with the summer themed box. And then the Umai yellow box. I am surprised with the quality of noodles inside the crate. The noodles and ramens and other stuff inside my Umai crate was highly appreciated. Love everything in it. Perfect for the coming cold and breezy weather. I will be renewing my subscription for another month!
