Nurse week promo was not applied properly- I bought over $100 worth of scrubs. I asked for help via the chat function and the person that responded just told me it would "show up in my cart." The order was not sent to the address because they had the wrong number so I had to call UPS and get everything cleared up then they delivered it the right address and the pants fit great but on my tops I wanted the 3/4 sleeve like I ordered last time so I can not use the tops.

I placed my order on a friday and received it on Wednesday. I love the prep pants. Just like the nu dimension, just more cost friendly. Wish there where more colors though.

I sent back pants because they were too big and requested the right size. I kept getting notices via email saying my order was shipped. Then I got an email saying my order was delivered! I HAVE NEVER RECIEVED MY ORDER!

I was seriously very impressed with the turnaround time on part of my order. I think I placed the order on a Friday, and had most of my scrubs in hand by the following week. However, I guess one pair that I ordered is on backorder. There has never been any further follow up regarding this particular set of scrubs. There is no way I can find online to check the status on the remaining order. I was charged in full at the time the order was placed and almost a month later I'm without one of my uniforms or any way to track it.

Jen's Scrubs has been my go to scrub shop for years! They have an awesome return policy that lets you exchange scrubs for different sizes, etc for free so you can find the perfect fit! This helped me out so much when I recently changed sizes and was having trouble getting a well fitted pant. They also run frequent promotions and specials. I never pay full price for scrubs!
The quality of what I purchased was identical to local stores but much more reasonably priced.
