I received my rings and they were beautiful. I was a little worried because of the negative reviews. I contacted the customer service several times and they always responded and were very helpful.

I have gotten so many compliments on the ring we prchased. I have worn it, washed dishes in it and it has not tarnished. I wear it everyday since I've received the order. This is a beautiful 2 piece set.

I was looking for a vintage type ring and came across this on online. I'd looked at others for months, but kept going back to this one so I decided to order it. It took a few weeks to get, but it came in a beautiful box, looks very expensive & so worth the wait. Can't wait to show it off!

Received the ring after a month and a half wait for it. Gave it to my fiancee and within 3 days it was falling apart. Stone fell out, whatever its plated in started chipping off. Emailed about a refund and was told no and offered a 30% discount code instead. Refused it and was offered a repair in which I would be responsible for shipping both ways. I refused and again demanded a return slip and a refund. Again I was refused and offered a replacement ring. Why would I want a replacement for a ring that fell apart in 3 days? That's where I'm at as of now. Working on contacting the French ombudsman about it. Also, don't let them fool you, the rings don't come from France as they claim. They come from China and are as chincy as you'd expect. Run away fast. Better quality out of a box of Cracker Jack's

I purchased a ring and paid for the expedited shipping. My product was late, and the company did not want to refund me the shipping cost. Once I got my ring I wanted to return it because it was to big. After several emails back and forth The company finally gave me return instructions. The product came from Chicago but I was told I had to send it to China.

It takes time for the product to arrive but it's well worth the wait. I love my rings! They're durable & maintain their shine. I'm a nurse and I'm rough on my hands and these rings are still beautiful!
