Contacted through email to verify when my shipment would ship and to make sure joancee was a legit website I've been scammed before, but everything went good and the ring is beautiful

I ordered what appears to be a beautiful ring. I am a true size 5 1/2. However the ring runs small it didn't fit. When I reached out to request exchanging for a size 6. They approved the exchange but told.me I had to pay to have it shipped back.to China. Which is where they are. Of course that fee is more that the ring. So I stuck.paying for a ring I can't wear, because the shipping is.more then the ring. Very disappointed because I really like.the ring. Just think their customer.service socks.

I ordered a titanium ring on February 16,2025. I waited about 2 weeks for a tracking number, which I didn't receive until I reached out to customer service. As soon as they received my email, I suddenly got an email with a tracking number. After about another 2 weeks, it hasn't moved, so I reach out again, and suddenly it moves. I wait and wait and wait but it's stuck again. I email yet again and then it's out for delivery, which they tried to deliver on a Saturday after business hours, so it spent a week being returned to the warehouse. It's now may 10, and I've finally gotten my package to find out it's not even titanium as it is listed to be! I am currently trying to get my money refunded. I'll let you know how that goes. My guess is it will be another battle. I'm up for it tho. I'm mad!

Didn't it was a Chinese company and would take nearly a month. Even with " expediting shipping" good ole Facebook!

Did not get service I paid for I paid 26 extra dollars for a 5 day delivery and it took over 21 days an customer service said just be patient

It was 3 weeks late I paid extra for 3 to 5 days wasn't refunded. Finish isn't staying on it. Not happy

The sizes seem to run very large and takes awhile to receive the rings

They never explained the amount of time that it would ACTUALLY take to arrive. I paid for 3-5 day shipping and my wife received her ring 3 WEEKS later. She loved the ring, but she was not happy about waiting and waiting everyday for it to arrive. Also, you will need to use a special tracking service for their tracking numbers. It's ridiculous honestly. But I can without a doubt say, I would purchase from here again. I just won't be paying for express shipping anymore. It was a waste of money for express shipping. Quality of the ring is spectacular though. The engraving on the inner part of my wife's ring is aligned perfectly and the metal was tested to see if it was genuine silver. Yes, it is.

I paid extra to receive it in 3-5days but it came in 3 weeks instead so that was a bummer because I needed it by a special event.

I love the variety of styles found a bridal set my fiance and I loved it was even more gorgeous when I received it. I got it fairly quickly and customer service was very helpful when I needed them.
