Put my mind at ease!

My puppy ate a calming chew at a higher dosage than recommended. I was worried about what would happen to him and asked the vet what I should expect and what could happen. She did some research and came back with a full recommendation based on different scenarios that could happen.
I was so thankful for the response. She put my mind at ease!

Icemaker not working

Phillip suggested that the icemaker might not be getting water, and I checked where he suggested and sure enough there was no water. Philip then said the solenoid for the water for the icemaker was not working. I ordered a new part, and was preparing to install when the icem maker started working again. It has been my experience that an intermitttent problem sooner or later becomes a permanent failure, so I kept the new part incase the icemaker stops working again due to lack of water.

Saved me an in-person vet trip

My 15 pound dog had eaten some chocolate covered almonds on a Saturday. I contacted our local emergency vet clinic who told me to contact Poison Control; then told me their surgery room was booked fir the day and that all their urgent care appointments were filled for the day as well.
I went online for answers and found JustAnswer and they connected me quickly to a veterinarian. We had a call and I gave the doctor all the information about my dog and what she had eaten. Fortunately, it was a small amount and not overwhelming to my dog. The entire process of initiating my contact with JustAnswer from start to finish took 20-30 minutes. Super quick. The veterinarian we spoke with was helpful and professional. And easy to use service and saved us time and money as an in-person vet visit to an out-of-area emergency vet clinic would have been so much more and taken longer.

Was instrumental in helping me confirm the diagnosis is that I had obtained through Google search myself was able to give me avenues to find the parts I need to fix my washer as I stated in the title he spoke plain English not text speak or geek speak, made it very simple. I was able to send me a picture of what he was looking at in the manual so I could see what he was trying to describe, which was immensely helpful multiple stars in his review I don't think five is enough.

I used Just Answer after I returned home from a few days away for the holidays, & found my cat limping. I wasn't sure if I should take him to an urgent care vet clinic or just wait & watch for a while. Dr Brazzell was very pleasant & professional as he asked questions about my cat & gave feedback. He recommended that I limit my cat's activity for the next 24 hours & watch how he does. I will call him tomorrow to let him know how the cat is doing with eating, mobility, etc. So things are not completely answered, but at least I have some assurance that I don't need to rush him in for care unless he stops eating or moving around. It's helpful to have this as an option for pet health care concerns!

HP Just Answer is great!

As I was having trouble connecting to my 4520 Envy Series copier, I received a pop up to chat with Just Answer. I gave them $5, which they refunded.They called and a nice man guided me into what to do, as I had a paper jam, that would not allow my HP laptop to connect, The copier had froze up. I followed his kind instructions and it works great now.
