Philip then said the solenoid for the water for the icemaker was not working. I ordered a new part, and was preparing to install when the icem maker started working again. It has been my experience that an intermitttent problem sooner or later becomes a permanent failure, so I kept the new part incase the icemaker stops working again due to lack of water.

As I was having trouble connecting to my 4520 Envy Series copier, I received a pop up to chat with Just Answer.
