Our newest dog got ahold of of a dose of our older dogs medication. We were able to get ahold of a vet on here in minutes which walked us through details and confirmed we would be ok and no need for emergency vet visit. He then checked on us the next morning as well. Philip then said the solenoid for the water for the icemaker was not working. I ordered a new part, and was preparing to install when the icem maker started working again. It has been my experience that an intermitttent problem sooner or later becomes a permanent failure, so I kept the new part incase the icemaker stops working again due to lack of water.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
