When we bought our house six years ago there was a roller-shade on the door out to the patio. An ugly roller shade. We complained about it often. One day I took measurements, looked at what was available, and found the perfect shade. Their delivery was quick, the instructions were easy to follow, and now we have a lovely shade on our door! I can't believe we waited so long!

I asked for inside window and got brackets for outside window. Had to jerry rig getting them up. I had to mailed about the wrong brackets and no one get back k to me. Customer service needs help

I ordered blinds after ordering several sample swatches. Once I got the right colors I was able to order what I needed. The price was good, the delivery on time and they got my windows perfectly and were easy to j stall.

The blinds arrived in a timely fashion. Some parts came loose in shipping and had to be put back together. The spring loaded brackets that came with the blinds can sometimes come apart making it challenging to put the blinds up. Overall they're not bad for what you pay.

I reached out to the company for help with installation and I don't feel the video was helpful enough and I'm still struggling to install these properly. She made me feel stupid. I don't know how to proceed.

I ordered the sheer blinds for a big bow window and they are simply beautiful! I love the way the light comes through when they are open and offers complete privacy when they are closed.

This is the third time that I have ordered blinds for my home. There has only ever been one issue, and that was the length of the control rod. They sent me brand new blinds! The quality of their product is outstanding. This is the only company I buy blinds from now.

I first ordered about 3 years ago. I found the best prices here and the reviews confirmed the quality was great. However, I didn't have enough money to get all the blinds for my new build all at once, so I ordered them (all the same color, style, and features) over a few months. Each time, customer support confirmed for me that I was ordering the same color, style, and features as previous orders, as I wanted to ensure uniformity. This most recent purchase was for the windows in a recently finished lower level suite on our home. Once again, prior to ordering online, I called customer support to remind me the color, style, and features is ordered 3 years ago, and they came through! (Good thing, as I'd forgotten the blind and tape color names.) As before, the blinds arrived ahead of schedule and were the same great quality as my previous experiences. Can't recommend them enough!

The product fit perfectly and arrived several weeks before the initial estimated delivery date.

I could not get an accurate status of my order. It was said to have shipped but the order tracking was inaccurate. One blind arrived but the status said it was in transit. The other blinds showed up about a week later. It seemed like they had no idea where the blinds were.

As always, ordering and product value are consistent. Installation is essentially not a challenge.
Quality and use of blinds is excellent.

Replaced several window treatments and it was so easy. From the initial walk thru measurements to receipt and installation, the process and instructions (if you even need them) were easy to follow. Highly recommended!
