The latest scam from Keen is this $2.99 session fee put in place by their new management. There's nothing about it anywhere on their website, and you won't find out about it until you're ready to be connected to your chosen advisor. If you get free minutes from an advisor and don't have enough money in your account to cover the $2.99, you're forced to add $10 when you only need $3. If you go into a store to buy something that's $2.99 and the cashier tells you you have to lay out $10 in order to complete the purchase, what would you tell them? This is clearly immoral, unethical, and goes against the grain of what Keen is supposed to be about. Keen is apparently collecting this $2.99 session fee from the advisors too, and I know they're getting pissed as well. This makes $5.98 in total 'connection' fees Keen is collecting on each call. I've asked customer service what is someone in dire straits supposed to do that has minutes given to them by their advisor and can't add $10 to their account at that moment. Customer service says they'll forward my comments to the higher ups, but I've yet to see any evidence that they really care. All its gonna take is the press of one person out there committing suicide because they couldn't talk to their advisor. Keen is shooting themselves in the foot on this one, BIG TIME!
These so-called psychics with 5-star (or nearly 5-star) ratings are, in reality, nothing more than 10-star BS'ers. They talk a great line, make you feel like there's hope for your situation, but are really telling you what they think you want to hear. I refuse to continue to pay for that. I want to talk to someone that can tell me what's actually going on, not to smooth me giving me false hope so they can get me to put more minutes on for more money. Dealing with a few of these so-called psychics on Keen for almost 20 years now, I've finally had enough and won't spend another dime. Just recently, I asked what was going on with someone I'd been dating. As it turned out in the end, every explanation from FOUR psychics was DEAD WRONG!
Not accurate, give misleading and misinformation! Difference one have different answers, expensive overall! That makes me confused, whether I should trust or not

Don't believe in psychics...believe in yourself, don't listen to others, only yourself... I've done an experiment, asked 5 different psychyics and been given different answers. Don't recommend

Listen, when we go to a psychic it's usually out of desperation looking for answers when we feel so lost or hurt. And that's the time we are most vulnerable to allow ourselves to be used or scammed. So I have been very weary of that when talking to people. And I won't lie, there has been some that didn't feel right. But it's been very easy to speak to the KEEN team about that.
Now the great news. I have met some AMAZING souls on KEEN who have helped me deeper than most people ever have. It's amazing how much comfort and guidance I have gotten during a very challenging time in my life. I am so grateful for them and can't imagine my life without them.

The advisors here are trained to know what to say in response to general questions. They feed off of the information you provide them. In general, if you are asking a yes or no question, you generally want the answer to be "yes" and that is what they give you. Save your moneY!

Please don't waste your money on this platform. I spoke with three different psychics ( at three different price points) and they all were either wrong in their predictions or give you very broad and vague answers to your questions.

This app is full of false psychics preying on lost and anxious people...a waste of money and extremely damaging to vulnerable people.

It's incredibly frustrating with the Automated system Response when in the middle of a call with an advisor. I am dropped from the ARS when adding funds or when I need to use a new card then put directly in queue to a CSR- when CS is either closed or when I speak with a CSR I am now out of queue with my advisor. To add insult to injury I am now charged - 2.99 fee to get back to my advisor again! This happened to me 2x last weekend and 2 x the previous week.
It's as off Keen has set up the system for the loop to create a capture of additional revenue by dropping and reengaging client calls.
Incredibly dissatisfied with the CX the system is providing.

I loved my reader and reading but not getting the promotion caused my bill to be over $700.00.

I like only one advisor. I also do not like the $2.99 connection fee. It's a waste of money and I won't be able to contact my advisor if that fee isn't taken off. It's ridiculous! Also, I used to get free minutes for however many minutes I used and I never do anymore. I have not been very satisfied with these changes.

I spent too much money and time on advisors that gave me false hope
The website is geared towards getting as much money as fast as it can. It cost me $80 for four minutes and some of that time was interrupted by having to top up the payment as I had only gotten to ask the question and had not recieved the answer. In shirt I felt robbed
Although I haven't had an advisor actually be able to predict something to come true (love and relationship) advisors give hope and sometimes I guess that is what we need to keep going!
After a few thousand dollars on a myriad of "psychics", I've finally realized what a fool I've been.
All very vague, not one prediction came to fruition, and every time I questioned time line, it would be repeatedly pushed back, again and again. Please save yourself the money, time and aggravation!

Keen's app is very outdated and some psychics are fake. Many of them also have no customer service skills.
Answer: The reasons the good ones leave is because they are not appreciated nor treated well. I spoke to 3 different psychics from 2 different sites, and oh boy the stories I heard. Not just about how they were treated but also the "rules" they had to abide by to basically screw over the customer. I just kept thinking, "How is this legal?" Well I guess that little note at the very bottom of the screen that says "for entertainment purposes only" is their way out for everything. Fyi, I happened to open a special offer today. It was from a company I never dealt with but it was $1 for 10 min so I figured sure why not. Normally I just delete them. The gentleman that did my reading BLEW my mind. First he asked me what I wanted to talk about and I paused because I didn't know how to start and he immediately jumped in and spit out three very particular (meaning not like 1. You took a show 2, etc... lol) things that I did or happened yesterday and today. He said it so fast I couldn't even speak. There are very few good and trust worthy readers that I know I can count on for sure but never did I experience someone like him. I would start saying a sentence and he would finish it. And trust me I'm not new to getting readings but this was something else. I'm curious about your guy, I'm going to try him out one day. Thanks. And btw, this is my first day using sitejabber so I'm not all too familiar. Is there a place where I could message you his info in private?
Answer: It's usually impossible to find a way to contact most of these sites (unless you're Jewels H). Not that contacting them will get results. Btw, has anyone used Meet Your Psychic? I thought (for some reason) they may be good and legit so I payed $30 for a 30 min reading as a first time caller and the reader I chatted with knew nothing. For example, I would ask "do you see me getting a new job anytime soon?" Response "if you keep on filling out those applications you should, try craigslist." Me: "Do you see me changing fields?" Reader: "I don't do fields." WHAT? So it lasted 5 min and in their policy they state that if you can't seem to connect, just hang up by 5 min. Can't find a number, sent two long emails about how unhappy and that I needed help... chirp chirp nothing. So I paid for the max time, had a ridiculous 5 min-I don't know what to call it and I'm screwed.
