The lock works great! I had an installation question about it and my e-mail was responded to in a timely manner.
I was looking to purchase an electronic lock for a pocket door in my office and was unsure as to what would work or what wouldn't work. The woman I spoke to at the Keyless Lock Store was amazing. She guided me through the entire process, explaining every lock that would work and the differences of all of them. Her knowledge gave me the information that I needed to make an intelligent decision on which lock to purchase. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

I was a little skeptical about ordering keyless door fixtures on line. But after making contact with the office and ordering the necessary hardware for 10 doors I was pretty impressed with the ease with which the order was fulfilled.
The order not only arrived early, but everything was as it was supposed to be. The product quality was acceptable; though not exceptional. However, I did not order the highest grade product they had. So, to their credit, I've probably got what I paid for. Having said that, all of my online door hardware ordering will be made through keyless locks.

I was told the item was in stock. "We have lots of them, how many do you want?" The next day when I ordered it they processed my payment without having the item in stock. It was a 2 week back order. When I called the lady said that she was "locking in" my order so when they came in 2 weeks from now they would ship it. A far cry from having "lots in stock"!
She processed my credit and 4 days later still no credit... ugh!
The lock is very well constructed and durable. But the issue is with the code sequence. If I set the code to X1234 then any combination of those numbers work. Ex: 3241X, 4231X, 3X241, etc... This is not a good thing. It takes the number of possible code combinations and makes it easier to find. I will be taking this lock down and buying another one that actually works right.

While it is true that Lockey mechanical locks allow the numbers to be pressed in any sequence, most people find that the total number of possible combinations is quite acceptable once they see how many there actually are.

If you still feel this is not enough for your application, we also carry many electrical locks where the code sequence is mandatory. They are usually a little more expensive and do not that the lifetime warranty that Lockey provides on their mechanical locks, but they do require the numbers to be entered in a specific sequence. Purchased my 2835 locks in 2014 for my office. Needed to get info on how to change the combination. Sara, who was ever so helpful, found my four year old order right away - emailed instructions and directed me to Youtube to get more info. She made the whole experience pleasant. I would totally recommend them and their locks. My locks are still going strong!

This has been a nightmare. The lock has such a flimsy tail piece, it slips constantly. The code programmed with the tumblers maybe works half the time. At this time the door is not operational, I have called a locksmith out and am already $200 down to them plus the cost of the lock. Worst investment ever.

TheKeylessLockStore carries a product which allows me to install a lock on a 5" thick door. I have been unable to find this anywhere else during a lengthy search. The people I spoke with at TheKeylessLockStore were extremely helpful and accommodating and product delivery was prompt and convenient.
The fire department cited our church for having a mechanical key less lock on an exit door that operated separately from the panic bar. The key less lock allowed people who knew the code to enter without having a key. The problem was when pushing the panic bar to exit, you also needed to manually turn a small knob to unlock the key less lock. Fire department said when you push panic bar everything needs to unlock at same time so people can exit properly. TheKeylessLockStore provided the solution and saved our church about $1,000 over the local locksmith quote. Sandra (the sales rep who spoke with me), was polite, professional, and helped me select the correct products for our application. Usually when it sounds too good to be true, it isn't. That was not the case here - I was pleasantly surprised. The only constructive comment I could make is a visual graphic to illustrate the proper placement of the tailpiece into the keyless lock would have been helpful.
Sandra handled my first service issue about Remotelock 7i was fabulous! I can't tell you enough how impressed I am with you and your company. Very Professional! Now I can recommend anyone if you purchase a lock from keylessentrylocks.com they will take care of you.

We reviewed your order and found that we did have LS-7i's in stock on 9/4/2018 when we spoke to you, but these were sold out by the time you placed your order 2 days later on 9/6. That is why this item was marked as "Out of Stock - ETA Oct 2018" on our website and on your receipt when you placed your order. The manufacturer was also completely sold out at that time.
Also, our records show that you asked to cancel your order on Fri, Sep 7,2018, at 5:08 PM and we refunded you at 5:21 PM that same day. You can see this in the Refund Confirmation email we sent you. Our part of the refund transaction was complete at that time, however, banks can take a while (up to 10 business days in some cases) to make refunds available. If you have not yet received your refund, you need to call the toll-free number on the back of your credit card, as we no longer have control over the funds.
