I received great help to decide on a lock. It shipped the day I oedered. The lock looks great. We have not installed yet due to an adjustment we need to make with the deadbolt.

We are in the business of building mortise and tenon garden gates and have recently decided to offer the Lockey #2210 keyless mechanical dead bolt. Calling Lockey with a list of questions and I was met with a patient, knowledgable staff who was thoroughly versed in all the specs of this product.
A huge plus in this day and age.

But, I think that I squished my remote. I was frustrated when it didn't work due to a dead battery. Huh, you have to replace those once in a couple years. (DUH!) I called their service department direct and they were excellent about it. They exhausted all efforts to revive it and all to no avail. Had my hopes up, but no dice. Back to TheKeylessLockStore,, ALWAYS great and helpful! Fast shipping too!

Gate instructions would have been nice and better instructions is very much needed. Plus you were missing some screws that are metric and not easy to find in stock locally. I like the style of the product and dont want to use another but if this continues i will have no choice

Great product. Works well. Easy to use. Well made! I paid the extra $ to have locks preprogramed with a code since I bought 4 and wanted them all th same. I am using the C150 on a set of two barn doors. Couldnt be hapier.

Bought this to try out on our boat sliding door. The original lock is nothing more than an old school skeleton key. There's two more doors on the boat that only lock from the inside. If this fits our need, we will be buying two more as well as insanely recommending these to anyone we know of as well as on our boat specific site for others with similar boats.

Called with a need; spoke with a Sales Rep that was extremely knowledgeable of their products and how they could resolve my need. Received a quote, reviewed it, had to make minor change, ordered and got shipped in just over 1 day. Excellent Customer Service.

Ordered a key pad and you would not ship it because I am in Oregon in the motorhome and the billing address is in Texas. I need the key pad in Oregon where it can be installed. So to rate the experience? Big 0.

Easy to code and setup. Smooth turning, love not needing keys.

Fourth lock we've bought from this site. No complaints! Need to add some more characters to this review, but I have nothing more to say!

Nice locking mechanism. Instructions show an included Strike Plate as does the inventory list but there is no strike plate included in the box. I had to order a strike plate separately.

Very helpful people, and a good quality product delivered right on time- if you are fairly handy, it's not a bad do it yourself job- if not, you should have someone (carpenter) do the job. My opinion is that the better the quality of your sliding door, the easier it is to install. I have a cheap vinyl door that made the installation a little more difficult.
