Extremely happy with my experience with the company and the product.
I called and had a great discussion with a company representative and received good advise on the right product to suit my needs. I have a car and man gate across my driveway and could not find anything other than the typical Home Depot-style digital lockset with an entry code for the outside and a flipper lock/unlock on the inside- not suitable for securing an outside gate where someone can reach through the gate/fence and flip the opener on the inside.
I have installed this product now and it works perfectly. Very well built and heavy duty. Changing the setting for left and right door opening is easy as is setting my own user code. I would highly recommend this product and this company to everyone.
One suggestion... Someone could easily unscrew the lock from the inside of the gate by removing only 2 screws with a Phillips screwdriver. I would suggest a proprietary bolt head on the 3 sets of different length bolts you provide and matching bit so that would be much harder for someone to do this. Two dollars in parts and much better protection, in my opinion.
Note to Canadians, shipment arrived with a $90 COD fee for duty, taxes, and brokerage. Not a concern for me as the product still well worth the final cost, just a note to others so there's no surprise.

Contacted the Keyless Lock Store because we were having problems with our keyless entry. As it turned out we did not get our keyless entry from them, but they could not have been more helpful. They took the time to try and help us with our problem and we thank them for that.

Being new to Keyless Entry locks (although I do remodels all the time) I was able to quickly read a page on this site & determine exactly what kind of lock i needed and easily found all information for the specific lockset even w/ video instructions! On the phone order support was also excellent to the point & even able to disclose some "secretive" code ideas.

The product looks great, Customer Service followed-up with me after I ordered online, however they only had 2 units in stock. My order is on hold until they get more units in.

My experience was great from start to finish. After I ordered my lock, I received a phone call to tell me my lock would be delivered a day early. Then, after I received the lock, I had questions about installation. When I called, the phone was answered after the phone hours had ended and then the person stayed on the phone for over 30 minutes with me to make sure that I was happy with the installation and the lock was functioning as it should. If only all companies had this good a Customer Service.

The staff was so friendly and helpful over the phone and the technical assistance was superb and patient with out maintenance man. We bought these locks to keep my son with autism from wandering and it's been a huge relief to not have to worry about him getting out at night or if I'm doing laundry or in the bathroom.
