Have emailed with Mike back & forth for about 2 months now. My board is/was dragging their feet on every little thing. On my initial conversation I truly "grilled" him with every little detail as I knew what I wanted--but did not know if that kind of a product even existed. After thoroughly listening to what I NEEDED and WANTED for my preschool, he came up with several solutions. We talked about each one in depth. I have emailed him several more times with follow up questions. He is always, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and unbelievably patient with my incessant "what if's". Like I said, this process has taken over two months time, and conversations have been through many different methods. The level of customer service and that of their staff is outstanding! I had to provide my board with at least 3 quotes from various companies. My vote was for these guys without a doubt! They, by far, offered the best bang for my buck!

I like the concept but I don't like the fact that you have to push another button to re-lock the door is somewhat disappointing. I bought the for some elderly relatives who have trouble with new things and can't seem to remember to push the button to re-lock the door once they have access. Also, action on the door knob is rough and very slow.
Hi Mark, Thanks for letting us know how you feel. It sounds like you might have a dead bolt lock is that correct? These have to be locked manually each time the door is closed. However,. We also have locks that lock automatically. These are called latchbolts locks. These will lock on their own every time you close the door unless you put them into what is called passage mode. If you give us a call we will be glad to show you what they look like and describe how they operate. And if you think one of these would work better, just let us know and we can arrange for you to return the one you bought with an RMA number. Needed a keypad entry for door that had an unusual dimension for the handle and lock that was installed. Went to Home Depot, Lowes and several local locksmiths all said had to order commercial lock $ 500 plus dollars. Searched on internet and found website. Not sure who I spoke to, a very nice lady.
Told her what I needed she immediately suggested something that would work and sent me the information immediately. Ordered it installed it and it works great good quality for $ 125 thanks.

I ordered and assumed that the product would come in a lot later than it did. They upgraded my shipping speed due to being a first-time customer. I haven't installed the product yet but i'm hoping everything will work out for me.

We've been using the keyless entry locks in our establishment for almost 2 years, we use the marine grade model 1150 lever handle. I have had absolutely no trouble with these locks until now. One of our lock sets are used roughly 700 times a day, as i said i have had no trouble with these lock sets. The customer service is awesome, I think i spoke with Sandra, she is always a pleasure to deal with.

I should not have to pay for returning a wrong item that we sent to me by your company in exchange for the correct one. I selected the one as it appears on your website ad photo but your "Default" color is set to another color. Dumb website design.

I've installed over 10 keyless entry locks by myself. Everything is in the box you need except a Philips screw driver and drill. Directions and template make it so easy it's almost fun. Compared to the high dollar locks that do the same thing these locks are a real saving. The combination is real easy to change. We've had the locks now for about 5 years with no problems at all.
