Website had a lot information; I did not pay attention to it all
I was able to find difficult to find parts, as I was repairing an old (2005) motorhome that had used Essex as original equipment. I was able to get keypad and fobs/receiver computer, and make the keypad work, but not the fobs as the original did. I', sure that is my fault and not the stores. But I am very pleased with the results.

This was the second keyless keypad I installed and it was very easy to understand. I love these locks.
The keyless lock took awhile to get here. Do not expect Amazon two-day delivery. The locksmith who installed the lock, said the locks came from

In need of a replacement latch for a pool gate lock, which pool gate is required by state law to be closed and latched, I explained my need to quickly obtain and install the latch. The contact person was very helpful and placed the order. However, after a few days, I was notified that receipt of the latch would be delayed due to receiving stock from a foreign country. After a week's delay, I found another supplier who had the latch in stock. The contact person was very helpful in cancelling my order.
The fobs arrived on time and someone called me to let me know that the color I had ordered was not in stock, very nice. However they don't seem to work for a Lockstate 720c.
First lock I ordered "in stock" wasn't. Second lock was but shipping was very slow.
Online video was helpful for how to use.
The door closers are of excellent quality. A special thanks for the video on your website on how to install the door closers. They work like swississ clocks. We would recommend them to anyone!

Customer needed a deadbolt with a punch key pad. Went to the web site, researched the available options, chose the Lockey 2200. Keyless Locks Store contacted me the next day to insure my order was placed and the steps to take if something went wrong. The lock arrived within the time period stated.
