I have communicated several times I do not want back orders but it happens every time even though my account has a "no back orders" message. Not only do I duplicate orders later, but also pay twice for shipping with back orders.
Shipping is expensive and although there is a permanent message on my account not to backorder products, it is always back ordered and causes me to duplicate orders later

He is very knowledgeable about the new products that I may be interested in ordering and will tell me the pros and cons of each new product.
1. Wish I could setup a cart for each of my locations and order all at once.
2. Wish it would auto populate my shipping and billing address (or not assume they are the same) because they are not the same and I have to change once I select a shipping address every time

Wish I could select shipping and billing address directly from order page, instead of the pop ups. Same for payment. Last, wish I could have multiple carts open at once so I can sort items by location or similar functionality.
I placed my order on October 31 and did not receive it until November 10. I though it would arrive by November 4. Every thing I ordered was there OK. Why was it shipped VIA USPS Not UPS? So much for three day shipping.

There needs to be more pictures of the products and detailed info on products, and specification manuals with repair/rebuild kit links on products
When trying to compare parts, it would be nice if there were more pictures and more detailed descriptions. Also, if the manufacturer's spec sheet was available with the product
The process needs to be simplified. Invoices are the worst. Completely confusing. Hard to navigate that portion of the website. I get like 6 emails per order I make. Totally ridiculous. Always higher shipping then other websites.
REALLY need a way to find previous individual parts ordered for reorder simplicity. I mean those who order parts for 20 locations and at all different times. I need to be ale to locate a part number without remembering what date or invoice it was on. The Favorites is only helpful if we began MARKING all of the items we had ever ordered prior.
Shipping being very expensive, and in history orders would be shipped within a day or two, my last oder it took many days and I want notified till the last moment of its delivery!

I like this company as lot, it's just the whole user experience isn't great at all. The reviews apply to the entire website not the actual items, which doesn't help at all. Also, the site is extremely laggy sometimes making it almost impossible to make purchases.
Even when it says out of stock I get my product it two days or so. Had one issue with them took a while to resolve it but they corrected there issue.
Would like to know where the items are in stock. I am in OKC, if the items are in Dallas, I get them the next day. If they are in PA, it takes a few days to get to me via ground. I would pay for better shipping.
Always seem to have what i am looking for, regarding carwash parts. Just that the shipping seems to be higher and cant get a estimated delivery while choosing the different delivery options that can very a lot.

I redeemed rewards points for free shipping, but the amount did not come off the total. I spent way too much time trying to figure it out.
A few mistakes were made on a recent order as well as some of the items taking an exceptional long time to arrive. Now I have to print the label, re-package the items and send them back as well as spend the time creating an email explaining the mistake.
