I purchased a flower girl dress from this company. I measured my daughter and chose the dress it suggested. When we received the dress it was way too big. They claim they add an inch all over so you can then PAY someone else to alter it. I'm their website they claim they will return within 10 days. However, they don't not do returns. Now I'm stuck with this dress that we cannot use. $125 down the drain.
Ordered a dress for my daughter's Homecoming specifically sized for her and it came miles to big, uneven in places and cheaply made, nowhere near what it should have been. Paid $150 00 for a cheaply made dress and fixing the dress was going to cost more than the dress itself. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from this company. Honestly I think everyone that has been disappointed by this shameful scamming company should conjoin and shut them down! I would give negative stars if I could.

Wish i could give zero stars! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID! This whole site is a total scam! The dress i received looks nothing like the picture online! I have never seen anything that looks so cheap! It is AWFUL! I am now having to buy another dress (from a reputable website). The money i spent on this site was a complete waste, as they refuse to give a refund. The dress is literally laughable. Please please please don't make the same mistake i did and waste your money! It is so bad! I will be making sure i voice this everywhere that i possibly can! I really don't want anyone else to waste their money like i did!

Upon receipt of a wedding dress I ordered from this website in an undamaged package the dress had damage to it. The silk had a large run in the back near the train, the strap was frayed not to mention that much of the lace was not even attached to the dress. Upon requesting a refund label I was told to use common sense that when you ordered online the product would be different than the photo displayed. After much back-and-forth regarding a low quality product the pictures below are email screenshots of my correspondence with this company. BEWARE

This place is a total scam. I bought a flower girl dress for my daughter and it clearly does not look like the dress on the pictures. It looks more like a BAD imitation! I contacted Lalamira and was denied a refund, they claim the dress may look slightly different than on the pictures. I submitted a claim with PayPal and I have no idea why but they refused to refund me as well. Over $100 for a bad version of a dress that I will not allow anyone to wear is def a scam. Coincidentally a ghost charge was charged on my PayPal account same day that I made the dress purchase. Do not buy from this website!

I order a dress for my sister for a special occasion. I never received an invoice, which was my first red flag. The dress arrived at my mailboxes, who needed, and still need an invoice in order to ship it to me. I have been asking for an invoice for over a month now, and they keep saying they will contact their finance department and get back to me. The function is fast approaching and I still don't have an invoice. I WISHED I HAD READ THE REVIEW BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE. Worst Customer Service Ever! I wish there was a -1 for star rating. Sizing was wrong! Horrible quality. Refused to refund my dress. Want me to pay for tailoring but website says if sizing is off they will pay 25% of dress cost. But they refused. With so many other sites to shop, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!

Ordered a dress that came in a completely different style, color, and material. The merchant refuses to process a return stating that customers should use "common sense" and it "wouldn't make sense to issue a return." The website is a total scam and they are functioning as a fraudulent company.

The dress that was sent to me was NOTHING like the picture from the website. The bodice of the dress was completely different down to the straps of the dress. They said that the difference was "acceptable". They will not send me a refund form and told me to keep the dress and sell it to a friend. This site is a sham!

I ordered a dress from this company lalamira. The dress that is in the photo looks better than the one you ordered. I told them that the dress is the same as the photo and wanted my money back. I even showed pictures of the dress I received. The stitching was coming apart and the threads were hanging out. They refuse to refund the money and said that I should sell the the dress. They said that they weren't going refund me the money. Do don't order from this company lalamira because they post a picture that is looks better in the picture but it's not the same dress. Quality of dresses are cheaply made, not the same dresses as the picture they posted on there sites. I gave this review a 1 star so I could write a review but in actuality it's zero zero zero stars. You reap what you sow!

Bought 2 at the same size including a wedding dress. Wedding dress does not fit, the hemming is lapsided. The fabric is bunched at the back in the bootie area and there is a slight rip in the mesh. I contacted the company about a return and They told me they cannot take it back I need to take it to a local Taylor to have it fixed or give it to a family member because it was inspected before it was shipped and it was made according to the right measurements. They are horrible! They wasted no time charging your account, but is refusing to take the faulty dress back.

Very simply, I ordered a dress for my daughter and I was unsatisfied with the dress. I asked for refund immediately and the 'company' was very unprofessional in their correspondance and refused to provide me a refund! They stated it "wasn't their problem" and "to resell it to friends"! Their refund policy clearly states that if you are unsatisfied that they will provide a refund. Even after bringing this to their attention they still refused! Completely unethical and horrible company to purchase from! Please do yourself the favor and purchase from someone who cares for the customer!

Absolute worst company I have ever ordered from online. I am still waiting for my dress I paid close to $200 for and paid $25 expedited shipping. I ordered my dress over 2 weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped yet. I have tried to cancel my order and they will cancel it but not give me a refund because it wasn't done with in 24 hours. These are frauds they have taken £167.88 from my bank account I did NOT receive the dress I ordered. I've emailed you few times it just comes back to me and just ignores me. Im apart of a bridesmaid party and we all ordered dresses. I ordered 2 sizes up just to be sure and once I received my order the dress did not fit. So I emailed them stating that my dress did not fit and I would like a refund. Mind you that same moment I ordered a custom size of the same dress that same day just so I could get it on time. After receiving my message they told me that I needed to send proof pics in order to receive refund. I found that strange being that I never had to show proof to any website if any article of clothing didn't fit. But since I needed my refund I sent it anyways. They then wrote me back stating that I wasn't eligible for a refund because there's no defect!? What a way to do business. I already patronized them again by reordering the same dress but customized knowing that I'll get my first order refund returned. I'm baffled about how this company operates and I wouldn't recommend anyone to this site. Sorry not sorry.
The dress I got was nothing like the picture. Emailed them about returning and I was told since I was ordering online I shouldn't expect it to look like the picture … they refused to accept my return. The dress I got looks like a cheaply made Halloween costume. I do not recommend using this site at all. Wish I had never ordered from here. Terrible service.
This company does not honor their return policy. And will suggest reselling to a friend or consignment shop. You cannot verbally speak to anyone & the only way to communicate is after 1am via email. If there is a chance you will not be satisfied with ordering from a picture online, do not use this company. Initiating a return within the same day of receiving your item will leave you disappointed!
I ordered a dress they chose a courier service that doesn't deliver to Colorado Springs and they tell me I'm responsible to either pick up from Denver or forfeit. They won't call me back this is just rediculous I paid all my shipping and fees and how am I expected to drive hours away for this merchandise I bought!?

The dresses are OK but nothing super special. We are out $500 because they will not cooperate with us for the returns. They have a return section you can finally get to when they email you a link, it just goes around and around. You keep sending the messages and they keep replying with a link to return and it just goes back to the same customer service FAQ. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. MY WISH IS THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS.
