I ordered a dress, the dress I received it's nothing compared to what the pic they advertised with. Cheap quality and material. They basically sent me trash. I order a size based n their size chart, the dress came looking so huge that I will spend so much extra money altering it. I sent a request to them and they rudely tell me

"There is nothing wrong with the dress itself. The difference is acceptable. It's unfair for us to take responsibility. Just keep the dress or you can send it to your friends or resell it locally. The return is really not possible.

Your understanding will be appreciated."

They are SCAMMERS, disrespectful and disgusting. Don't waste your time and money. I'm so pissed right now.

The quality was synthetic and the measurements where incorrect. There return policy is a lie they won't accept the return or refund your money. Will never again buy from this website or recommend it to anyone. DONT BUY!

My bridesmaids ordered their dresses for Lala Mira and many of them arrived with zippers that would zip up and sizes not in-line with how they were advertised. When contacted, their customer service basically said "too bad, it's your problem, sell the dress if you don't like it". With all the options out there, I implore you to not waste your time or money on this company! Their products are sub-par and their people are indifferent. They literally could not care any less about their customers.

Soooo doggy! I'd give them a zero if I could! First of all, the tracking number did not work on their own site, I sent them several emails to get help but they couldn't bother, they only told me that it had arrived, and when I asked what courier they used, they never told me... my dress never arrived and I'm getting a refund via PayPal - bottom line, don't buy from them :(

They sent me a dress that was huge and didn't fit. I sent them pictures but they decided they didn't want to take the dress back so they're not giving me a refund and I have to keep this hideous dress that doesn't even fit me. They told me to take it to a tailoring place to get it fixed which will cost me another $200. Unbelievable company! Terrible customer service, terrible dresses that don't even look like the picture, and they don't even know how to size dresses. Do not order from this company!

Customer service is a joke. I bought a dress from here. It was too small. I contacted them the day I received it in the mail. It took them a week to respond not 24hr like they claim. And I'm still getting the run around. There is no reason for them not to take the dress back, but they wont do it. DONT BUY FROM HERE!

Don't buy from this site Weddig dresses. I order one and it is nothing like the pic. The dress is flat looking and cheap! One of my bust are way bigger than the other one because they have it sowed very odd. I have been emailing them to get my refund and they keep telling me there is nothing wrong with the dress. To keep it and just sell it! Wow! I've asked to speak to the owner and they will not give me the contact information! Beware if you want to do returns. I am very displeased with this company. What you pay for is what you get, cheap for cheaply made.

Used their chart measurement for my daughter and was wrong. After back and forth e-mails, they wouldn't exchange for the correct size. The wedding is in 3 weeks so I bought a larger size and paid another $21.99 in shipping. I emailed them the dress measurements next to a tape measure with the website not correlating in size and they still refused an exchange. If my cousin didn't ask to buy from this store specifically to match the other flower girl dresses, I would never buy from this site! What a rip off. I can find a better quality dress from Amazon with cheaper shipping.

I ordered a prom dress paid £145 for but when the dress arrived its not the one i ordered. The material is so cheap and the fitting i ordered was for size 10 they sent size 12/14. Colour looks horrible. Slit is in a wrong position. I emailed them right away and they are very unprofessional in emailing back by say "use your common sense when order online". They are not accepting the dress back for a refund as it hasnt been work. But they would not accept it to be aent back. They said refunf is not really acceptable! How on this earth itd not acceptable? Stealing customers money by showing the dress on webpage and which looks good amd sending the one would have costed them max £10 to make it! Look at the pics DO NOT TRUST THE QUALITY AND THEIR SERVICE! IT IS ALL SCAM

You will see very beautiful gowns on this site. But it takes to long to ship there shipping charge to the US is ridiculous and once they send a confirmation email u can no longer get your refund! My daugther cancelled her order 2 wks before her prom because the dress wouldn't have arrived on time and they refused my refund. Claiming the order wasn't cancelled in time I sent proof and still was denied my full payment I didn't even receive a 3rd of what they owe me! Shop other places people if u want to keep your money. Terrible

Lala mira seemed to be a place i would like considering the instagram tagged photos looking promising but in reality i ordered a dress and it came and felt like a costume. The service was also really disrespectful and they didn't offer any refund so……

Worst customer service. I spent 150 dollars on a dress... it came with no tags on it. Looks like it's been worn. It definitely isnt the size I ordered. And they wont return or exchange. They are saying the size is what its supposed to be. Do not order from them!

The flower girl dress was too big.
I ordered another small one and want to return the big one with 7days.
They emailed me saying NO NO NO.

I ordered a beige dress and they sent a white one. I tried to get a refund but they refused to give me one in any way or even just take the dress back.

Purchased my wedding dress, paid the extra money for custom sizing. Received dress and was too big. I took it to have it altered and it costed an additional 85 dollars.
Contacted company as per their FAQ to request my refund per what their policy states. Their reply is that I was past the 7 day return policy and to resell the dress!
I never requested to return it, just to get the money back that they state in policy they would return. Its obvious that once they get your money there no possible way to get it back. I will be filing a dispute with my bank.

I ordered four dresses for over £450. I received an email asking for a copy of my passport, driving licence and visa card. I obviously refused to send these to limit identity fraud and received an email saying they would not therefore be able to take the order - even though they had deducted the funds. I am still awaiting the refund... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I have now reported them to the bank and British authorities.

Terrible customer service. Return policy is ridiculous. Be prepared to send back the day you receive or else you are stuck with a poor quality, ill fitting piece of clothing.
