I am very pleased with the work of LaptopScreen. They did everything quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. It's not even substitute that the laptop was being repaired.

My daughter cracked her laptop screen. This replacement shipped quickly and very well protected. Screen went in without any issue, and my daughter was back up and running for school. Very happy with this company's service.
I only wish they could have shipped with a place other than FedEx. It took 2 days and multiple phone calls to get package from FedEx.

The screen was easy to find on the website, well priced and arrived quickly with no surprise costs at delivery. I had it installed and working perfectly in less than 30 minutes! I will recommend to anyone needing a replacement screen (My advice is, be sure to remove your old screen and get the part number directly off of it, just to be 100% sure you order the correct one)

Very easy to use website. I wasnt sure about my screen so i contacted customer online support. I gave them my screen number code and they matched me with the right one. I live is Aus and it was very quick delivery took about a week. Perfect. Have booked marked for future use

The screen was a perfect fit. The cost was the least expensive option including amazon. My concern initially was this is not a site I normally buy from... that's not a concern any more. Shipping was fast and on time, product was exactly as described, and I couldn't be more happy.

When I looked at the website I thought it was a fraud and that it was not going to work or that the model would not come correctly. However everything came correct, on the stipulated date and I managed to do everything right without any problem. Thank you very much for the attention you are incredible.

I just ordered a new screen for my ageing but much-loved laptop and am pleased with the result. The world of laptop replacement panels is a minefield and laptopscreen.com makes navigating this minefield a great deal easier. By simply entering the model of the existing panel in my laptop (although they can also match by laptop model) I had the choice to either order the exact same panel or order a compatible but better one. Laptopscreen.com offers either an exact replacement or an "IPS" or "IPS and professional color range" upgrade. I went for the most expensive option for an additional £7.50 and am fairly pleased with the result. The panel they sent me and that I have subsequently installed is indeed an IPS panel and it is somewhat colour accurate. The one feature I really wish they offered is to display the model of panel that you're paying for when you opt for an upgrade. At current the system is a bit of a gamble because you don't know if the supposedly superior and more colour accurate panel you're paying for is actually a better panel. If they showed you up front what you were paying for (or, better, offered a list of compatible upgrade options) this would be much better as you could do independent research and make an informed decision.

The business seems to be fairly well organised offering a broad range of panels, good shipping times and high quality packaging. I'm a technically competent individual used to working on laptops so the whole process was not difficult for me although it was definitely made easier by being able to purchase a drop-in replacement panel.

I was expecting delays or bad experiences with my order, but it was au contraire. Great experience, delivery on time, kids paid customs and the screen worked flawlessly. Thank you for your service.

The screen, replacing a cracked one, shipped quickly arriving ahead of schedule. It was an exact match and the site made it easy to ensure that. I'm pretty familiar with basic hardware replacement but found a great video online for my exact model. The only complaint I had was one tiny spot of pixel(s) dead. Super tiny and the company states they would still replace it which is better than Dell would do for the size. If it gets any bigger, the lifetime protection on defects will get it replaced again.
