Easy to navigate online store. 3 options provided for shipping, however none gave date ranges for expected delivery. Being near Christmas we selected the most expensive 'StarTrack Express" option to ensure the quickest delivery time. Item arrived 21/12/2025, 9 days after being ordered on 21/12/2025. Just in time for Christmas.

When I called the company after my remote broke I was given clear instructions on how to purchase a new one. The website was easy to navigate and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the replacement was. Despite how close to Christmas we are the new remote arrived very quickly in pristine condition. Would definitely recommend this company

My credit card details were not accepted the first time. When I put the exact same information they were accepted.
It's a bit inconvenient to have to drive more than 20 minutes to the post office to collect the parcel.
The e-scooter's speed is lower than expected.

I chose the Laser Travel Power and Comfort Bundle, excited to use it for my upcoming trip and the chargecore portable charger does not work.
There is a full charge of battery in the device itself, yet after using multiple USB leads including the one that is included with the device it doesn't charge my wife's or my own phone. No sign of any connection or charge

Easy to register, easy to find items
Didn't receive my order, cannot access tracking through Paypal. There's nothing worse then this mess.

Shopping experience was great but the delivery was messed up i requested a change of address on Friday couriers please confirmed it and sent me an email with the new address on it they charged me $15.15 for change of address when it was not delivered on the due date i rang couriers please customer service and it was at the wrong depot with the 1st delivery address on it the customer service rep informed the depot of the mistake the next day the parcel was delivered to the incorrect address and just left at the door with no signature luckily i saw it on the doorbell camera and the neighbour collected it for me. I rang couriers please and requested a refund of $15.15 for the change of address delivery i hope now they reimburse me.

Fast delivery. Product very disappointing. I purchased an e scooter going off the specs on the website. Without looking into the actual manual, I found out that it won't run on anything other than a flat surface and stopped running on the tiniest slope! Would have never have purchased if i had known it literally couldn't get up any slight slope at all. I'm well under the weight limit and was riding in not windy conditions and it couldn't make it up a 5m slightly sloping foot path near the surf club! Good thing it's light weight because you're going to end up carrying it!

I needed a DVD player and found Laser in a search of Australian manufacturers. Postage was incredibly fast. Player is smaller than the older models, so takes up little room. It works well. The remote's buttons are a bit small though.

Just to clarify the timing - your order was placed on 25 November and shipped the very next business day on 26 November. Australia Post then handled delivery from there. Glad to hear it arrived safely in the end.
