I recently purchased a charging cable order number #8230.
I no longer require this item and wish to send back and receive a refund. The box has never been open and original tape still sealed. How do I go about this?

Was looking for a new Bluray DVD player as my old one recently died. I ordered the Laser brand player online and the shopping experience was quick and smooth with no fuss. I received the player a few days later. The machine itself had a small footprint about half the size of my old player. This was a very nice surprise as I had thought it might have been larger. It is also light in weight - another plus. Watched my first movie with no problems at all. The machine's menus are easy to navigate. I am very happy with this purchase and the great service that I received from Laser. 😊

This product works well with my HP laptop. It actually does charge it. It is lighter and more compact than other portable laptop chargers out there. Definitely a much better price. And postage was very fast. Great transaction.

Good product at fair price- probably should be marketed better in that it would be just as easy to sell the cam and solar as a package- not left for the client to go though the info!
