My assigned lawyer has taken the time to thoroughly investigate an incident involving an unethical decision made by a site director. Who insinuated that I had directly insulted someone while I was muted and clear evidence shows that I was in fact muted. Site director disregarded my claim and proceeded to tort the situation. My lawyer is trying to pull string together to mitigate this situation and have it resolved in an appropriate and ethical and legal process with accordance to state, federal, and company laws.
