Bought contacts from lens.com for years great prices no issues. This time followed the same process great price but at check out was charged hidden fees that amounted to almost the same price as the contacts. This is wrong. Never again will I shop at lens.com and I will tell everyone. Social media include.

I made an order for 4 boxes but sent last year's RX. I sent the correct one, but it was not in time to correct the shipment. Lens.com sent me a return postage paid shipping label to return the one eye's contacts with a new RX. As soon as the replacements arrived, Lens.com initiated the application for the $75 Visa rebate and sent the rebate form e-mail. There was no red tape because of the two separate 2 box delivery.,
I purchased 2 boxes of lens that were ~$36 each, which should have been $72. But Instead I was charged $125. On the receipt there was a $50 item for taxes and fees. I exchanged 10+ emails with the support team repeatedly asking for an itemized receipt that broke down what those taxes and fees were. No one ever responded with that breakdown. 4 different people replied to my email and always had an excuse as to why they couldn't show me what I was actually charged for. Lens.com invested a $50 charge then refused to justify it and the support personnel were completely incompetent. I was in desperate need of lens so I went through with the order, otherwise I would have canceled.
I have always ordered from lens.com. They have a great process and I have always gotten my products on time. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to order contacts.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
