TOO many emails at a font unreadable to me. I had to use my glasses AND a magnifying glass to even read the post. Emails from different persons are confusing. Some did not have an email that I could return a reply. Also DO NOT KEEP referring me to your web sites with your rules: just state them in simple sentences.in your email. I have ordered prescription lenses from Hong Kong ( the best experience) and from New York with better results. I chose your company from a rating on the internet, but this has been a bad experience for me. Understand that I am ordering lenses because I am older, have vision only in one eye, and slower processing altogether.

I never received my package and when I reached out I was informed that I had to contact the delivery people because they marked it as delivered. The response basically came off as not our problem anymore.
Got the Meta frames off Amazon and sent them to Lensable for prescription lens- got them back quickly and well done- very pleased
Did my research and decided to to give Lendabl a try. The process was simple although a bit delayed. Use of the USPS seems to really bog down the system of box delivery, box return and glasses return. All in all, it took about a month to obtain my updated sunglasses. Julie was very helpful in cleaning up the process and offering me the option to print my own label and use my own shipping box. The final product was very close to what I expected other than the color of the lens. The new lens was far more amber / yellow than the original grey / rose tint I expected. I little bright for sunny days but nice contrast for our often overcast sky. Fortunately the vision was very good and I decided, rather than question the color and potentially run into another delay, just to keep what I received. Almost perfect...
Prescriptions came out perfect on the previous 2 pair I ordered
So here was a significant delay in receiving my lensable replacement. Ultimately we were able to track it down the package containing my frames and I was able to get my replacement lenses.
I paid extra for high index lenses. But the lenses still sticks out of the frame (which is a thicker frame) almost half a centimeter. I have not had this happen with other frames with the same prescription. I wonder if they in fact are high index lenses.
The bifocals are massive compared to any I've seen before
Received my glasses back, and I cannot see at all. Clearly they put someone else's prescription in my glasses, because I just had my vision checked, the measurements I uploaded and provided were recent and what I use currently in the glasses I received from the optometrist's visit (which are clear). SO disappointed! I paid a LOT of money for top of the line lenses, etc. to receive completely useless glasses.
I ordered a pair of Meta glasses from Lensabl with my prescription on 7/9 and to this day they have not sent me my glasses. They said it was due to a shipping issue and then an issue with the frames that they got me and now again shipping issues with the frames. This all would have happened if I did not reach out to them for answers.
I received the glasses after giving all the information they asked for and they fit like it was for a child and not me. I sent them back only to receive a refund of 26 buck on a 173 dollar order. Oh yeah, they kept the lenses that they would not give a refund for.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I used to wear contacts and had numerous pairs of Goodr sunglasses because I am a runner and they don't slip at all! When I had to quit contacts and start using regular glasses I didn't have anything that didn't slide all over my face. I was thrilled to be able to get the goodr glasses with my prescription! Lensabi was so easy…. And every question I had was answered so promptly! I got the clear but I'm thinking about getting a tinted pair. Also they are very affordable for a prescription lens and even if you have a strong prescription which I do!
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
